- Dinky Dock Park - In Winter Park we will depart from one of the city’s best parks! Dinky Dock Park, with its sloped sandy beach and giant shady cypress trees it’s the ideal launching spot for a paddleboard adventure! If you’ve never been, no worries! We always start with a short lesson on the basics of paddleboarding. Some folks start by sitting but most will find our custom boards to be very stable to stand right up on! We’ll cruise the beautiful chain of lakes and you’ll be under the watchful eye of a certified paddleboard instructor the whole time. The lake waters are monitored weekly by the city of winter park’s lake division. Due to their upkeep and preventive maintenance, the winter park chain is among Orlando’s cleanest lakes! Upon our return you will feel relaxed, refreshed and impowered by your successful fun paddle with us!

Immerse yourself in a 90-minute paddleboarding lesson in Winter Park, close to Orlando, Florida. You’ll navigate almost 2 miles around the Chain of Lakes in Winter Park. We provide all the necessary gear, including the board and the personal flotation gear. During the exploration, marvel at opulent homes nestled in verdant environments, and many others edged with magnificent cypress trees. No issues if you’re a first timer or novice. This jaunt caters perfectly to beginners or those with limited experience. We kick-start each voyage with a brief overview of paddleboarding basics. Our boards are specifically designed for us, guaranteeing stability and ease of paddling. We guarantee a delightful and successful experience!

- Under 13 are free to ride on board of parent or guardian
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- All participants must know how to swim

Free public parking at Dinky dock park or across Fairbanks avenue at the public library. We are set up to the right of the boat ramp under the tall cypress trees on the shady sandy beach.

Beginner paddle - Can't say enough good things about Paddleboard Orlando, and particularly our tour guide, Ned. Ned provided a super friendly, informative, and most of all entertaining tour for my siblings and I. We're all looking forward to trying out Emerald Cut next time! Thanks, Ned!

Great paddleboarding experience on the Winter Park Chain - Ned and Tom were awesome! We went on the Winter Park Chain of Lakes, it was the first time my husband or I had paddleboarded and we learned the ropes the first time out. We live near lakes and even have a paddleboard, but had never been out. I was intimidated but now feel like I can do it on my own. Ned and Tom were super entertaining and very informative, I will definitely do this again! Highly highly recommend.

Great morning paddle with the right people! - The staff was awesome! Uncle Ned and Tom provided great instruction and solid entertainment. Whether you live local or not, just treat yourself to a nice morning of paddling amongst these picturesque lakes and enjoy.

Do not miss this!! - So happy to have discovered Ned’s Paddleboard Orlando! We had a brilliant time on the water then swimming in the Springs. Ned and Hope were so patient with the beginners but made sure everyone had a lot of fun. If you’re in Orlando, put this on your to-do list!!!

Easiest and BEST instructors - This was AMAZING! I thought it’d be super hard but it wasn’t painful nor was it a workout. BOOK IT! It was so easy unlike kayaking lol and i LOVE to kayak.

Best Paddleboard Experience! - This was an AMAZING experience! My friend and I have never done paddle boarding before and had a blast! Ned and Jenna were so personable and fun and adapted the tour to fit our needs. The location could not have been better - so beautiful and peaceful. We are already looking into our next adventure with Paddleboard Orlando because they made the experience so incredible. Can't wait to see Ned and the team again!

Best introduction to paddle boarding! - My husband and I joined their Friendly First-timers beginner lesson and tour this past weekend. He had never been on a paddle board before, and I had only stood on my friend's board in her pool one time, so we were definitely first-timers! Ned, Tom, Jenna, and Scott made us feel completely welcome and comfortable as they introduced us to the basics on shore. They were as hands-on or as hands-off as each person needed, from getting up onto the board to helping anyone who fell into the water get back up. They provided advice and encouragement as we paddled through the lakes and canal, and even made sure to space themselves out among the group so nobody would feel left behind. The equipment was easy to use, and the scenery was gorgeous, but the tour guides are absolutely what made this experience so wonderful, not to mention fun! I would 100% recommend joining these guys. We'll definitely join them again in the future!

Extremely unprofessional - Made a reservation for this company well in advance. Received no follow up. Called 2 days before arrival to find my reservation has been canceled. The person I spoke to Ned said he received an email from me (which he did not) ! After asking how that could be Ned said that we were the only two for that timeslot ( which leads me to believe he canceled it) not sure why...He was very offensive, abrasive and unaccommodating. I believe this company or at least this person representing them is RACIST. I would not take this excursion. Look out !!
