Adventure with Mother Nature - The entire team at Epic Paddle are top notch. Very professional and very friendly. I highly recommend them for your adventures. Guides Walter and Pamela were both awesome. High energy, very friendly and professional. My family absolutely enjoyed them both. We booked the sunset tour for six. Two in my party changed from Kayaks to paddle boards at the last minute. Without hesitation the team accommodated the late changes. Guide Walter quickly adjusted and trained them both on the paddle boards. He was very thorough. Enough that they were both very comfortable on the paddle boards. Our tour started off great. Everyone felt safe, even my teenage son and nephew. They were both nervous because it was their first time kayaking without an adult. About 15-20 minutes into our tour Mother Nature decided she wanted to drop a unschedule severe thunderstorm on Lake Ivanhoe. It was bad. Walter and Pamela quickly shifted gears. Out tour went from having fun to getting everyone to a safe place. Walter and Pamela quickly routed the tour under a bridge. Both monitored the weather looking for an opportunity to get everyone back to docks safely. At the dock Walter and Pamela worked in overdrive to get everyone out safely. Once again I brag enough how professional and friendly both Walter and Pamela are. Their priorities quickly shifted from having a great to time to making our safety their top priority. The tour didn’t go as planned due to Mother Nature but Epic Paddle made sure we were taken care. Without hesitation they immediately offered a full refund. True Professional. My family was upset about Mother Nature cutting our tour but we quickly decided we were coming back and we were requesting both Pamela and Walter.

Evening Kayaking so serene! - The best part of the trip was going kayaking in the evening. It’s nice and cool out with a slight breeze, which makes it beautiful and serene. It was a fabulous and fantastic tour.

Serene Adventure & Wildlife - Best part of my Orlando trip! It is surprisingly serene and there is lots of great wildlife to see. The tour guides Jim and Shannon are great people.

Fun and relaxing. - It was a beautiful sunset. Coach was very personable and attentive to all of us. He made sure everyone was comfortable.

Amazing experience - Had an amazing time doing the paddle boarding first time with Epic Adventures. I called them directly & spoke to Jenny first & then called to book & spoke to Rich. I was a bit concerned as i am not a strong swimmer but they convinced me & i decided to do paddle board. Arrive about 15-20 min prior to the booked slot . The instructors spoke about the dos && don't & we started with our Sun set & night tour. Few things that i didn't know was you are close to freeway & go below the freeway, so there is a continuous traffic noise. You do get used to the noise, but it wasn't peaceful as i had expected. Otherwise the instructors were great & answered the questions & guided us appropriately. I would skip the neon light one next time & just go simple board. Also the pictures were great, would have appreciated a few more. Thank you so much Epic Adventures , I had a great time!

Good experience - I had a good experience doing the sunset kayaking. Tour guide was very nice and helpful. I only wish he had taken more pictures of us rather than the wildlife and buildings.

Clear plastic bath tubs - They were not true kayaks! They were clear plastic bath tubs. Did an evening cruise, nothing to see. The description of tour misleading.

Call the company to confirm; don’t trust the booking online. - 1) The staff and customers were nice. 2) The booking didn’t go as planned. I purposely booked the kayaking tour over paddle board for many reasons. Unfortunately the booking, on the business end, reported paddle boarding. Thus, after giving an option to sit on the paddle board or go tandem with a crew member, I decided not to go on the tour. 3) I recommend that Trip Advisor and the business work together to cross check the bookings or to allow an opportunity for the customer to confirm. 4) Without understanding my reasoning for kayaking, another crew member (not part of the group I was with) came by and repeated that he had a 70-year old lady on the paddle board and it was fine. With no respect to differences and being judged on age rather than understanding health reasons why I chose one over the other - I was left dumbfounded and disappointed. Crew members should never assume anything about their customers. Customers know themselves and the reasons why they can or cannot or will or will not do certain activities.
