The tour guide will lead guests through the Emerald Cut on inflatable paddle boards with options for a seat and double-sided paddle. Guests will have opportunities to take breaks along the enchanting spring run for swimming/ wading, photo opportunities and information on history, flora and fauna. Once guests have made it to the final destination, the tour guide will instruct everyone to turn around and float with the current back to the starting point.

Pass Kelly Park & park on the side of the road closest to King's Landing. Please do not park in the campsite parking area. Once parked, enter King’s Landing gate & walk past the green office building to the black cargo trailer on the right side of the dock, the tour guide will meet you there.

Soooo Relaxing, Easy Flowing, Great for Families, Individuals, Couples, Groups - My husband and I were a little apprehensive to go paddle boarding because we thought you had to stand up. My husband had vertigo previously and not 100% with balance. Ashley was AMAZING!! She made us feel very comfortable, explained exactly what we needed to do, and was so attentive! The ride up the river, was smooth and so peaceful and beautiful. We had a couple stops along the way, had water breaks, and a nice snack of cheese and crackers. We could have jumped from one of the trees, but decided that we would not try. On the way back the current goes with you so you just have to ride the current, steer a little and you are back to "reality". We cannot wait to go back! I am also going to take my 78 year old mom and 80 year old aunt next time!

Break from the Parks & Fun on the Water - Five Stars for Ashley and Florida Paddle Excursions. Take a break from the parks and hustle and bustle of Orlando and connect with nature.
Gear was clean and laid out for us when we arrived. As we paddled down the crystal clear waters, Ashley shared her knowledge of the area and introduced us to all the animals and birds. Ask about Kevin:) We ate wild blackberries, stopped for photos and a swim break and even saw alligators (from a safe distance). It was an enjoyable experience on the water. Thanks Ashley!

Friendly ecotour for any level paddler. - From the moment I arrived Ashley made everything so easy. Because I was a previous kayaker she set up a seat on the board and offered me a double sided paddle so I could comfortably transition to paddle board because I was a newbie.
The springs were crystal clear and beautiful. By the time the excursion was done I was confidently kneeling and feeling like a superstar!
I saw many different types of birds on the tour. I was especially delighted to see a crested woodpecker.
I would recommend going on her earlier tour for the best chance at spotting wildlife and because the river gets busier as the day goes on.
