Having dinner - We had luck because no people waiting line , the food was ready in good time and good quality. The drinks are very good also . We had a good customer service experience

Worth 2 visits. - We visited this Hard Rock five years ago as well as many other Hard Rocks across the country. Something seemed different this time. From the friendly, attentive staff to the quality of the food they’ve definitely raised their game. We liked it so much we came back one more time before leaving. Margaritaville pay attention. You’re losing repeat customers.

Always a must for us - Everytime we visit orlando we have to have a meal in the Hard Rock Cafe.
We just love the atmosphere in here, and great to have a good look around.
Food was ok, I would t say the best, but good enough to keep coming back.
Drinks were lovely
We pre booked and didn’t have to wait to get a table.
Loved looking in the shop afterwards..
Will always be a place we will return to

Hard Rock Orlando is a must for your travel plans! - This place is a must! We were a walk in family of four at 5pm on a weekday evening and were amazed to get a table. We were greeted by friendly accommodating staff who allocated us a table and handed us menus. Our server came over in minutes to greet us and explained the cocktail menu and made recommendations. We made our order and the food came out spot on, I would recommend the Cowboy steak. The server was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We have never had such good service.
The dining area was spotless and is great hard rock style well presented. Music playing out of TVs, memorabilia on the walls. There is access for disabled guests and is a short distance between Islands and Universal. I can not fault this place. You get what you pay for here and I recommend a visit before going into the Hard Rock shop.

Excellent Service & Food - We stopped here after a day in the park fully expecting to have to wait ages but we didn’t we were seated straight away we had my father in a wheelchair so we were tucked out of the way by the stairs which suited us. Our server was excellent refilling drinks helping my son pick his food and making his milk look a little more fancy honestly his service was excellent I wish id caught his name. The food came quickly and was excellent possibly the best beef burger I have ever had. We loved the musical décor and the music its self and all in all it was a great experience we were so full tho that we didn’t get to try dessert so hopefully, we can go back for that next time.

Good food and nice staff - We usually really love HRC restaurant. We had a good time even if we had to wait a bit and the portions were not that generous. It was very good anyway and the staff was very nice.

Excellent Hard Rock Cafe experience just how you want it - It is worth doing Hard Rock if you can as it is always a great experience. We love the vibe, decor, memorabilia and of course the menu.
They manage GF no problems at all and all the food was delicious. I can recommend the berry sangria and all the burgers were loads of food and tasty.
Service was a little slow as we were on our way to the Holiday tour so I’m a bit if a rush but otherwise a great meal and not too expensive

Small portions - We ate at Hard Rock for dinner while visiting Islands of adventure. Our experience was just ok. Food was reasonably priced for a tourist trap restaurant. When we got our food I seen why. Portions were very small. The burger Pattie’s where only about half the size of the buns. Food tasted good but we just didn’t get much of it. Left still hungry. Best part was seeing the vintage music stuff all over the restaurant. Would go elsewhere next time.

Poor , grease - Chips undercooked , burger just a sloppy greasy mess tbh , Krusty Burger was better and half the price .. Just a cash cow … better burgers and food cheaper elsewhere normally at your hotel .
