J.E. Irausquin Blvd 228 - Sound healing is a form of healing that uses different vibrations to heal the body, mind and spirit. It works on two principles: That different emotions vibrate at different levels, and that blocked, or unexpressed emotions, are the main source of dis-ease.
We will set in a quite place at Eagle beach under the Sea grape trees, surrounded by birds, watching the ocean and the sound of the waves.
No experience needed.
Yoga mats and support cushions are included for your comfort, and the sound bath with various percussion instruments.
I can accommodate this session also at the comfort of your own villa with a minimum of 4 participants or as private session. Other days are available upon request.

The sound healing bath is hosted at Eagle Beach rated #2 in the world, centrally located, public parking or public transportation is available.
Surrounded by sea grape trees, sound of the local birds and the waves makes a perfect location to connect with the nature while you feel and hear the vibration of the instruments.
I can also offer this experience from the comfort of your own villa with a min. of 4 participants or as a private session.

An unforgettable experience - Yari really achieved the objective of the class by freeing up energy I did not even know I had and helped me put aside some negative thoughts I before could not get rid of. The sound healing is very soothing to your soul and the place right on the beach with the sound of waves and birds singing is just perfect! I especially liked the body tune forks which she puts into vibration and then places them on the corresponding chakras, this is really a unique experience and feels so right. I would highly recommend this class for anybody who wants to tank positive energy and wants to free up your mind.

What a Way to End the Day! - I had so much fun at the morning Yoga on the Beach class that I decided to grab my husband and come participate in this Yoga on the Beach with Wine class! Yara is an excellent instructor who made everyone feel welcome. It was fun to try some of the balancing poses while trying to keep our wine glasses balanced! Great experience- Class was followed by some delicious snacks and then Yara took pictures of us on the beach as the sun went down!

Sip, sip, yoga - We had such a great time practicing yoga in a beautiful outdoor setting poolside. The instructor was knowledgeable but most importantly made us feel welcome and brought elements of fun to the class.
