Great experience, learned a lot - Ask questions to learn more. The mic was horrible but the guide did the best he could so we could hear him.

Great experience, nice people - Donald, our tour guide was informative and fun. He was attentive to everyone.. I like that it was 4 hours, which from start to finish was about 5 and cover most of aruba highlights. Met some awesome people on this tour too.

Half day bus trip was worthwhile - Juan Carlos - Jaye - was a great tour guide and was very informative. The half day tour gave us a good look at the whole Island and interesting sights. It turned out the Butterfly Farm - which we weren't excited about - proved to be full of facts and just enjoyable with all the butterflies fluttering around. As a senior couple, this was a smooth trip on a very comfortable and air conditioned bus.

Good tour - Tour was very good, we went with Jay. However the tour is longer than 4.5 hours, we started at 830 but finished around 4. I think the tour time needs to be updated as this cut into our excursions we had lined up, since we expected the tour to end in 4.5 hours but it was 1.5 hours longer.

Your guide was good otherwise it was just meh - I thought this was going to be a smaller, more intimate tour with maybe 20 people, but it ended up being a full bus with about 50 to 60 people. The tour includes hotel pickups, which can eat into the actual sightseeing time.
Our tour guide, Jay, was great — very informative and friendly. Overall, it was something to do for a few hours, but would I do it again? Probably not.
One downside was that two of the stops ended at large gift stores that felt more like money grab sales stops than cultural experiences. These weren’t your typical souvenir shops with small trinkets — they were large stores clearly geared toward pushing specific products. I would’ve preferred less of a hard sell and more focus on actual sightseeing. If I wanted to shop, I could’ve done that on my own time.
The most interesting stop was the Natural Bridge — or what’s left of it. My husband was annoyed that the tour advertised a visit to the bridge even though it collapsed over 20 years ago. You’re really just seeing the site where it used to be. It’s still beautiful but still not a bridge.
While at the natural bridge you are given a snack of a free cheese empanada. It was okay, but probably would’ve been better if it was served warm.
Jay is what made this more interesting and I would probably not do it again.

Not a Half Day Tour - Hotel pickup/drop off in large a/c bus was great. Kids will be bored in aloe factory. Wish there was a fun kids tour w/ ostrich farm/donkey sanctuary and zoo. Tour ended around 3 30 pm, not 1 pm.

Very disappointed - Even if the email states your tickets are enclosed, open the email and SCAN YOUR "TICKETS" AT A VOUCHER REDEMPTION CENTER! we were under the impression that the codes were our tickets since the email title stated they were tickets. Apparently it's vouchers not the tickets. Because of this, we were not picked up and the representative was very condescending when we asked for a refund due to this mix up. Will not use viator again any time soon.
