Great Service at Aruba Airport - Aruba Airport First Class VIP Service Host on April 6 2025 Sunday was met by a young man by the name of JORICK. He met my Mom and I had we got off Delta Airlines. We both had first Class Tickets from New York to Aruba that cost me $5,000.00. To keep the VIP First Class treatment I paid $290.00 for both my Mom Ann Hufnagel and myself, Robert Hufnagel . Our host was great. Jorick. Had a tablet with my name on it. There was a man from the Aruba Airport by the name of Rudolph. He was Great. He had a wheelchair for my Mom. They both took us threw the airport and helped us with our luggage. Even took us outside to meet JP our private driver to take us to JOIA Aruba Iberostar Resort Hotel and Casino on Eagle Beach 🏖️🌴.

Fastest airport assistance ever! - Monique was amazing. The experience was amazing. Saved us hours getting through the series of stops. Originally had the service booked for incoming but outgoing is where you need it. Worth every $$

Fast track to vaction - Amazing, once you have been traveling all day you really just want to get through the airport as fast as possible to start your vacation. We went through been customs in 15 to 20 minutes our luggage took a couple of minutes so amazing

Great and, yes, Worth It - When considering this experience, you always wonder, if it is needed. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon with five other flights, the line was extremely long. This team was both polite and efficient in moving our group of 8 through the long wait. Very helpful connecting us to our car service. Outstanding.

Rockstar Status thanks to First Class Experience and Jorick!!!!! - My sister, friend and I went to Aruba two weeks ago for a week long girls trip. When we arrived at the Aruba airport, we were SHOCKED at the long, long lines winding upstairs and downstairs to go thru immigration/customs. After waiting over 35 minutes and not moving at all in line, we saw a young man in a suit holding a sign about "skipping the lines." We questioned him and for $155 each we could basically "Fast Pass Disney Style" the line so we opted for this. JORICK was our escort and led us thru this maze of people and lines and within 10 minutes we were in cab and on our way to our resort La Cabana and began our vacation. On then day of departure, we opted to do the same as the lines were even worse because we had to go thru Aruba AND US customs. We actually called First Class Experince to request JORICK but got no answer. We located another professional from First Class Experience but then saw JORICK and he immediately jumped into action for us. He made this crazy departure for us so easy and so fast and was ABSOLUTLEY fabulous. What an extremely professional and KIND young man he is and we felt this was the BEST value for our money!!! When we return to Aruba again, we will 100% us this company's service and JORICK again. Thanks for treating us like ROCKSTARS!!!!!!!

Awesome assistance through arrival & departure - Keyon was awesome. He met us at our gate & navigated the arrival process through immigration & customs. Made things really easy. And on the departure Keyon helped us navigate the customs process. Highly recommend the service! Thanks Keyon!

we zipped through - We were met just out side of the escalator before security clearance.. we went right around the line. It was awesome. Jerwyn was great.
