Join us on The Explorer for a one-and-a-half-hour journey where you’ll witness firsthand our local collection of dolphins. Our bay is home to a pod of 50 to 70 dolphins, many of whom we’ve named and recognized by their distinctive dorsal fins. Throughout the years, our careful observances have allowed us to create a bond with these marine creatures which you will experience during your visit.
Ideal for families or individuals who have a special interest in dolphins, our cruise in Orange Beach offers a unique experience. Our seasoned guides are able to recognize many of the dolphins and will share interesting information about their habits, habitats, and interactions within the group.
- We have been able to accommodate most requests. Please call us at 251-550-8000 to discuss your needs with our staff.
- Minimum of 18 pounds in order to board. Infants weighing less than 18 pounds will not be permitted to board.
- Strollers are not permitted.

So fun! - Great crew and great fun, had us laughing and singing along to great music while we searched for dolphins and other cool sights along the bay. The whole family had a blast!

A wonderful experience when visiting the Gulf - Our experience on this dolphin cruise was so great last year that we decided to go again when returning to the coast. The second trip with them did not disappoint either. We saw multiple dolphins on the trip. The crew is very nice and funny and you can tell that they enjoy what they do. I would recommend this cruise for anyone wanting to see dolphins and enjoy a nice boat trip.

Great Family Friendly Fun - It’s was wonderful, I truly enjoyed and will definitely do it again. My husband who I didn’t expect to enjoy it really had fun too. The drinks was awesome and I loved the energy on boat

Fantastic experience! - Fantastic experience! Everyone was so KIND! The captain, the bartender, the server, they were all absolutely amazing! We saw so many dolphins, & even got to see 2 babies! The captain was extremely knowledgeable & showed us an amazingly fun time! Drinks were also reasonably priced, & snacks were only $1. Would definitely do this tour again!

Fun times finding Dolphins! - Loved that they were easy to locate at" The Wharf". The crew was friendly and attentive to everyones needs.
Everyone was able to see the dolphins being dolphins. We saw at least 4 different pods. One pod had a baby. It was a great experience that my entire family enjoyed even the grown ones .

Great value! - Booked last minute and glad we did. This was a wonderful experience for me and the kiddos. Captain Lien and crew of Tina and Karie treated us so well. Hot drinks and warm blankets on a cool morning. Saw so many dolphins and learned a lot about the area and animals in the water and above. Highlights included seeing a mom and baby dolphin jump our wake!

Too crowded - There was a speed boat event going on which they said can scare the dolphins, therefore we didn’t see much of them but maybe for 10 minutes. The boat was delayed in leaving due to another couple being late, I understand that it happens but there is a reason for a schedule. This delayed our time getting back, delating later plans for us. The drinks were very costly and not well prepped. There was an area to feed fish once you went down the pier, and they would not let you go down there. The boat is very over packed. If the dolphins were there you couldn’t see them due to people not moving for others to see. The staff was very nice and the captain let kids sit on his lap. I did definitely feel the experience was more about the money than anything.
