Good Service - I bought 48hrs ticket. Bus stops are very near to attraction sites. I boarded bus from Roma Termini and stop was just few meters from station. Bus frequency is very good and covers all attractions. Some audio plug need some adjustment but overall good experience. just one suggestion, if Mobile USB charging option is available that would help tourists.

Cheap and worth the money - Worth the money! Seems like this is the cheapest amongst the rest. You can hop on and off anytime and explore the city. Only thing I would recommend is that the buses should be cleaned thoroughly…

Fine for what it is. - It's about what you'd expect on warm spring days when Rome is jammed with tourists. There were a total of eight stops, which altogether took about 90 mi utes.

Good - This bus trip is what you expect from a hop on and off bus. No issues. Would recommend this experience.

Efficient but could be better - An efficent way to experience Rome's main attractions, but the audio was behind. It often didn’t describe a building or monument until after we'd passed it.

Good start for first visit - Great way to get an initial view of Rome and find your bearings. Make sure you sit upstairs though or you see nothing as the windows downstairs are restricting. Be aware that the one trip option doesn’t allow you to hop on or off during the one circuit.

Wait and hope that it will come true! - Once you get on board the tour is beautiful and the audio guide, also in a children's version, is nice and fun. The cat Romina caught my daughter's attention. The problem is precisely....getting on board...we waited almost an hour and only got on the second bus, because they were all very full and fewer pass by than other companies whose buses have passed several times in the meantime ...it is clear that once you get on it is better to end the tour on board and there is no longer the possibility of getting on and off at the various stops. At least this happened on May 6th...

Disappointing - The service received by you was terrible during our stay in Rome, the reasons are the following: 1. Promise of a schedule that they do not keep, they indicated that the service was provided until 8:30 pm, we waited for around 50 minutes at station 6, a bus from their company passed by and indicated that it was private and that for that reason He did not provide us with the service that someone else would soon arrive to pick us up, after a long wait we called his company and the person who answered us (not very helpful by the way) told us that he did not have a solution and we had to take a taxi Remember that we are tourists and that sometimes finding transportation at that time is complicated since bus tickets or public transportation in general are not easily found. 2. The next day the bus to start the route took too long and the waiting time was longer. The promise of a bus every 10 minutes was also broken. We were at the first station for more than 20 minutes and at station 2 for around 50 minutes causing us to lose time in carrying out other scheduled tourist visits, only one bus passed in that period of time and did not give us space because for obvious reasons it was already fully occupied After this wait we called customer service again and the person who answered us responded rudely indicating that if we wanted to board the bus we had to go to station 1, which seemed unwise to us considering that if we had paid for said service it was to receive appropriate care There, in that call, the person who answered us told us that we could request a refund of the money paid since they did not comply with the conditions of service. Keep in mind that we are tourists and that every moment in the city is valuable to know the places indicated and promised by you in the established times, a condition that was not met. After that the service was no longer used

Bad service - We had to wait a long time at the stops, when we got on the bus we had to stand in the hallway without being able to hear, in the end we ended up walking on our own. Very bad service
