Fantastic day - Great service again with Timber Trail Shuttle Hire, the trail is amazing, well sign posted, plenty of toilets and huts to shelter in, loved it (that was our 2nd time)

Be prepared for a challenging yet exciting experience - Beautiful trail with all sorts of views! I’d say my favorite part was the rain forest type of section feeling like I entered I whole different world, especially on a rainy day :) For those who are inexperienced in mountain biking, or just simply don’t usually bike (me), I want to warn you that there are ups and downs, rocks, and on a rainy day, mud, puddle, ditch, unavoidable plants splashing on your face, etc!! So be prepared before you book the experience 😂 After 8hrs our group was so exhausted at the end but we saw our life saver Rob!! He picked us up and drove us back for the last 5k. Thank you Rob for going above and beyond. This is definitely a lifetime unforgettable challenging and heartwarming experience. Will always remember on the last day of 2023 we finished it strong 🎆

Unforgettable experience - The view was great during the trip. During a raining day, as inexperienced riders, we spend almost 8 hours for the 40km track. We were so happy we finished it! We were so tired and almost out of energy towards the last 3k, and Rob was on his way and picked us up and go out of his way to gave us a ride back to the base for the last 3k. He was so nice and encouraging! Truly deserves a raise!

Fantastic and efficient service - We did the Southern Trail of the Timber Trail. We were in a party of 4 and 3 hired bikes. The service was efficient, warm and friendly. We were made to feel valued and all questions about the bikes were happily answered, even those concerning the privately owned bike! Thanks for a smooth great service.

A great trail, excellent shuttle service and great equipment - Excellent equipment. Super friendly service. Just book it and have fun! Weather was a bit damp, but we had the best of the weather on the weekend. Trail rode remarkably well with very few puddles or boggy bits.

A true adventure! - The timber trail is a stunning mountain bike track. We hired e-bikes and arranged a shuttle through Timber Trail bikes and shuttles. Bike pick up and transfer was really efficient, service was super friendly, and the driver gave us a great commentary on the area. They were also really accommodating in picking up one of our group from an alternative location. We had one incident when the chain on one of our bikes broke. There was no way to repair it as there were no connectors in our repair pack. After walking the bike for 5km, we were fortunate that another rider came along who had a part that enabled us to fix the chain.
