A bargain and a good way to see the city. - It was a great way to see a large part of the city with a good description of important places we saw from the bus. I thought the bus performed well in the extraordinarily challenging traffic that surrounds the city. Any driver getting around this city deserves a gold star! The prince was absolutely great for all we got out of it!

Good one day tour - I had a pleasant time with this bus tour although the buses are not frequent as I would like. The staff are very nice and friendly. The bus stops have QR code for you to track the buses and estimate the waiting time. Overall I’m happy with the price and the tour.

Room for improvement - Caught the bus at the Duomo, ear pieces at the ready to hear the commentary. That was the first mistake. The commentary was either too fast or too slow so you didn’t know what you were looking at and had to try to remember details when you finally got to it. Rarely did the hostess intervene to advise what stop was coming up, it only happened when a passenger indicated they wanted to get off. Disappointing.

Not worth the money - We booked the 2 day ticket. The voice over is not very good and often the talking about something that is no where near. You can’t really hop on and off as the buses are not punctual and we actually found one of the stops they didn’t come to after we had been stood there for 45 mins and saw on the app they had gone a different way. I normally enjoy the tour buses but this was poor

Avoid Milan open tour bus company 😢 - AVOID. Its a con, with staff who don't tell the truth or cannot be bothered to answer you. We were waiting in queue for city seeing open bus and was approached to buy from open tour - said same route ut on 1 bus instead of 3, and same price but bus was leaving in 5mins, not 30 like other... so we went for it, €60 for family of 4. We were 1st on bus and the 3 rows at front of bus were soaking wet, seats and puddles on floor. We waited sitting on bus..... the other bus left and we still hadn't.. I had to go ask if we could leave..... as others said the commentary is poor and doesn't seem to match up with GPS of where the bus is. It does give alot of info - but its mostly just talking, not explaining where there talking about or what it looks like. Upstairs no stop button so my husb ran down and then we got the kids up and down the stairs as the bus was slowing. On exiting the bus, we asked what time to get picked up - they said every hour, on the hour. We returned to the stop with 15mins to spare.....and waited....and waited....and waited. We tried to scan the qr code for live timetable but was having difficulty. After finally succeeding 25mins after o'clock , we noticed there was only 1 bus in action and it was 17 stops back!!! So wouldv still been another hour!!.... we then decided to just walk back to the Duomo, knowing we would be back before the bus! Whilst waiting 3 city sightseeing hop on/off passed us!! I am extremely disappointed in this company, we bought the ticket to allow us to get on and off, €60!! To get off once, the journey would have cost us €4.40 on the metro!!! This totally ruined our day trip of sightseeing! Do not use this bus company as I'm not sure they are trustworthy. They say anything and just leave you stranded in areas. Worse that they target families.

Find another bus line! - We were not told that many of the numbered stops listed, we would not be allowed to get off as they were not stopping at them. This we learned only after we were on the bus, and had gone past where were were wanting to exit. Additonally the recorded guide seemed a little off from the sights they were describing and when the fellow was announcing stops, you could not hear him clearly, Just bad. Everyone on the bus was unhappy regarding this poorly run activity and were grumbling about the bait and switch tactics.

Would not recommend - buses are late, don’t turn up, or don’t stick to the routes! - It is sold as an opportunity to use as a Hop on - Hop off service to travel around the city, so we decided to use this as our mode of transport one of the days. Unfortunately buses don’t turn up according to the schedule, sometimes don’t turn up at all. One stop we waited 30mins after the scheduled time, however no bus came. On a different occasion, we waited at the Lega Lombarda stop and saw the bus completely cut off the Moscova turning and going straight to the next stop, hence cutting us off and no way for us to get on it (this one was “only” 15 mins late!). Ended up getting metros around the city and will definitely ask for a refund.
