  • Culurgiones - are a culinary specialty of Ogliastra, Central Eastern Sardinia, and are usually enjoyed with a filling of potatoes, pecorino cheese and mint.
Additional Information

Under the guidance of our experienced instructor, you will engage in crafting traditional homemade pastas from Sardinia, such as malloreddus, culurgiones or ravioli, with a variety of seasonal fillings.

  • Malloreddus: Commonly referred to as gnocchetti, these thin, striped shell-shaped pastas are made from semolina flour and water. They can be savored with various types of sauces, typically paired with meat sauce and a hearty dose of grated Sardinian pecorino cheese.
  • Culurgiones: Resembling ravioli, these stuffed pastas are a gastronomical delight from Ogliastra in Eastern Central Sardinia, usually filled with potatoes, pecorino cheese, and mint.

The workshop spans roughly 2:30 hours.
A tasting session of the dishes crafted during the workshop follows, accompanied by water, wine, fruit, traditional Sardinian sweets, digestifs, and coffee, lasting approximately 1 hour.
