Fantastic tour with Tasos! - Our hotel, San Antonio in Santorini had arranged for this tour. We had no idea how fantastic this tour would be with Tasos. He was incredibly informative, interesting and willing to tailor the experience to your needs. He had drinks for us and a nice air conditioned comfortable van. I would not hesitate to book a tour with Tasos!

We had a whole private day tour of he island , he was friendly and very informative about santorini and its history. Highly recommend this fantastic tour - We booked a full-day private tour as a cruise shore excursion and it was the highlight of our entire vacation. Our guide was knowledgeable, kind, informative and so pleasant. He also took the most gorgeous pictures of us, something I appreciated greatly when we got back home. Makes me want to return to Santorini to take this tour again!!!

Great experience on a half-day tour led by a super polite, knowledgeable, and articulate guide. An excellent value IMO - I understand now why The Tourist of Santorini has 100% 5-star reviews. Tasos was a GREAT guide. He tailored our half-day tour to my husband’s and my needs and interests, and was very articulate (perfect English!) and extremely knowledgeable about the history, archeology, geology, art, economics, and popular culture of Santorini, specifically, and Greece, generally. Tasos also documented the experience (no added fee) with beautiful photos of my husband and me (taken on our iPhones) that were as good as any I’ve seen online. We finished our day at a restaurant Tasos took us to that we liked so much that we returned for dinner the following night and brought a friend. In all, it was a wonderful experience that I can recommend without reservation. We felt safe at all times while having an incredibly good time!

Amazing!! - Anastasios went above and beyond for our tour of the beautiful Santorini Island. He took us to every popular spot as well as his own personal favorites which added significantly to the experience. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the island. We got amazing photos! He even took great photos of us with our cameras. Thank you for picking us up and dropping us off at our location of stay. It was a trip we will never forget. Sunset tour was breathtaking!

Best way to see Santorini highlights in a short time - I had a great time with Tasos, it was like being hosted by a friend. He was really nice about moving my tour to a different day due to weather. We covered a lot of the island in the half day together and I much preferred being in a small group tour instead of a big tour bus, and I always felt safe on the drive. Thanks Tasos!

When you get back home, you can tell your friends you saw the archeological sites of Santorini before they became as famous as Pompeii. The best tour guide we have ever had - My wife and I traveled to Santorini in May 2022 to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. During our stay at the island we initially met Tasos at the airport where he picked us up and took us on an excellent 4 hour history tour of the island. We visited several historic sites on the island and had a wonderful time. Tasos speaks excellent English and this made the conversation very easy as I asked him numerous questions about the Greek culture and the island. We had such a great time with Santos that we booked him for the 5 hr highlights tour. Tasos took us to several great locations on the island during the tour and each one made my jaw drop. What was also really nice is Tasos is he is always superb attentive to our needs and provided drinks and drove very safe allowing us to enjoy our travels. We also went at an excellent pace and took a few breaks along the way from the walking. After visiting several sites we finished the evening with dinner and had the best Greek food we have eaten so far. It was all the better because Tasos ate with us and was able to give us the history of several dishes we ate. Nothing is quite like enjoying the local food with someone who knows what dishes to choose. Sorry for the long review. But we spent 9 hours with Tasos and got to know him really well. I wish we could take him to Athens with us. He really made our visit to Santorini the best it could be and we will miss the island and our new friend Tasos.

Authentic Trip with a True Greek - Our tour with Tasos was the highlight of our honeymoon. My husband and I did not have time to plan our honeymoon because we were busy with our wedding so when we got to Santorini, we thought we’d book a tour through Airbnb so we can see all of the island. I knew I “had” to see the sunset in Oia (tip: do not do this. It’s incredibly crowded) and a handful of other experiences. In comes Tasos—we booked a private tour with him and it was incredible. After speaking with Tasos about our expectations, we developed a game plan that fit our needs and also took all of his recommendations and we were not disappointed. He knew almost everyone on the island and it felt special to go around with him. I’ve done quite a bit of traveling in Southwest Asia and know how the private tour agencies work (who gets paid and where), but with Tasos, this was not the case. He knew everyone we ran across because he genuinely knew them—he either worked with them in the past or he was friends with them. He introduced us to everyone! It was so fun to meet so many locals and make connections with them. We even got photos in places in Oia that not many other people get because of Tasos’ connections. It was amazing. My biggest piece of advice in booking with Tasos: trust him. We all have a barrage of information at our fingertips from the internet and can take advice from travel influencers, bloggers, and Tik Toks; but with Tasos you get information and the experience of a Greek.
