Rafting and Hiking in the real jungle - I had a blast on a tour. It was my first time rafting over cascades, which proved to be easy and exciting experience with the guidance of experienced professionals. My guide was Arieli and rafting guide was Manuel. After refreshing river trip you get to experience a short hike through the forest. It's a trail, so no need for machetes here :-) I travelled in April, that time of the year there few insects in the forest. After the hike you are brought for a visit to Bonampak, the place with best preserved mayan frescoes. Whole tour allows you to disconnect from the "city mode" and enjoy the beauty and freshness of the nature in the heart of the reserve.
