GREAT!!! - We had a private transfer to and from the airport and resort for our vacation!!! It was the best!!! Our driver was very friendly and very knowledgeable with giving us all the Jamaican history and any information we wanted to know!!! Will defiantly be using this service again for our next trip to Jamaica! Cant say enough positive things!! It was great!!!

We recommend - Great Service! Wilson did a great job! We had 90 min ride from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios. We enjoyed the tour. We were a little concerned about saftey due to the advisory. Thankfully we didn't see anything alarming.

They Never Disappoint - We have used them before when we go to Jamaica. They never disappoint & very reliable. We used them for airport rides to & from Montego Bay & Ochos Rios. Communication from the states beforehand was tremendous. After customs they were easy to find and ready to go within minutes. Upon pickup at resort they had arrived early so once our bags were brought down we were ready to go. We had Shane both ways, he didn't say much but we felt safe both ways. Any questions we asked he answered, but was quiet and a true professional. We would definitley use them again!!!

Dane was incredible! - Ruth from TripGuy arranged our honeymoon travels which included a private transfer from Montego Bay's Airport to Couples San Souci in Ochos Rios (about a 2 hour trip with traffic). And Dane was so incredible, we asked for him for our departure as well! He made us feel welcomed and, most importantly, safe with him behind the wheel! We couldn't thank him enough for everything!

Best Airport-Hotel Transfer - This was our sixth trip to Jamaica but the first time using this transfer company. We will definitely use them again. They were great! Vehicles were in good shape, drivers were prompt and courteous (thank you Aaron and “Ice”) and liked the fact that you meet them inside the airport where it is air conditioned rather than waiting outside for the driver to arrive.

Waste of time and money - When booking we booked a van as we had 4 large suitcases. Upon arrival they brought a sedan. Thus resulted in us having to sit outside and wait 1.5hrs for another vehicle in plus 40!! The manager was rude and tried to over talk me blaming it on Viator. Upon pick up after our vacation the driver was rude and rushed us. Would never use again after paying 400.00 CAN
