Chezney and Mickeal great experience - Great experience I’ll recommend to family and friends Chezney and Mickeal. This was the best experience I’ve had out here in Jamaica

BOOK WITH THEM - Kawan Demekie Donna javor were amazing tour guides, had such an amazing time!! Really made the best of the tour frfr. Looking forward to coming back!!! Also Alan (shine head) & Ramon one of my favorite tour guides for the river tubing

4 play was exhausting but great - The tour is not hard but it is a long day that is tiring. The guide stayed on pace for all four excursions, profession staff all day and very kind! Shout out to Felicia our guide all day, she was great with everyone.

Shout out to the crew - The staff was amazing! Demerkie and Kywan and crew made sure everybody was safe and had fun, very friendly too. Highly recommended!

Review - The excursion was great and the guides were fun, knowledgeable and so kind. However the bus ride was almost 3.5 hours there and 3 hours home. What they don’t tell you is if you are the first hotel pick up you are on the bus for an hour by the time the last hotel is picked up. Then we stopped at a souvenir shop for 30 minutes then we started our journey which was an hour and half bus ride. Then you go to the chukka headquarters for wrist bands then the first excursion then back to the chukka headquarters for lunch for almost an hour then the last excursion. There is no need to make all these stops. The wrist bands can be and should provided at the first excursion. If there was not so much down time and waiting this excursion could be done in about 7 hours including bus ride. However this was a 14 hour day and that needs to be specified. The first hotel picked up should not be the last hotel to be dropped off- 3 hour bus rides are unnecessary. So while the excursion was great the lay out and planning of the trip is not and could use many modifications.

Lack of communication!!!!! - We attended the ATV/ Zipline with lunch! Lunch was great! The Zipline was a great experience as well. However the ATV was the worst ever!!!!! We waited for almost 3hrs for our group number to be called only to be informed (after asking them) that there were mechanical issues with several ATV’s and that it would be another hour before a group number would be called. Obviously we had to leave because our Sandals tour bus would not be there to take us back to the resort! $380 for the both of us however they only wanted to give us back $25!!!! This was entirely unacceptable! However, the hotel manager gave us a credit of $100 which was actually $125 off the $380!!! Never again!!!!!

Decent experience. - We started with the zip line. Good but short. It’s only 3 rides. The hike up the Dunn’s was awesome! Definitely need to be in some kind of shape to make it up. There were a couple people in our group have to fall out because the hike was too long/steep. The ATV experience was a little rough. We waited over an hour and a half to ride for 15-20 minutes. They tried to entertain us with bingo and dancing but we were all just over it and then once we got on the ATVs, it was so short lived. Cool experience but not long enough. Be ready to Tip every single person that helps you. They will literally ask for it.

chukka chukka - ATV, Dunn's River Climb, Zipline and horseback riding the actual events were nice 10/10. The problems that I experienced were the food for lunch 0/10, the wait time at the ATV/horseback riding 0/10. Just know if you are staying at a resort the cruise ship guest will take priority over you for these activities, we spent an incredible amount of time waiting for a 30 minute horseback and ride and ATV ride. 2pm to 6pm.

Missing some features - We had a good time once we actually got to the activities but they missed us on the initial zip lining tour and the ATV's were insanely hot. If they want you to spend the entire day there they should at least provide water. Be aware that they currently don't. For the price we would go again despite the fact that all of the guides were amazing.

Very dissatisfied - They misrepresented the Zipline portion. We only got to do half (1/2) of the Zipline at Dunns River Falls bcuz the package is restricted to only that. Garbage!!!
