We had a great time!... - We had a great time! Would totally recommend. Loved the falls (was super busy) and LOVED the Blue Hole - wish we had more time there.

Family fun - From pick up to drop off, everyone was nice and accommodating. Be ready for quite the climb up Dunn’s River and to jump into the blue hole several times. A fun experience and must in ocho Rios

An absolutely amazing... - An absolutely amazing time. This was the highlight of the cruise. The kids had so much fun and the falls and blue hole were awesome.

Book! - Such a great experience! All the guides were great and aimed to make the day fun. Pick up directly from our hotel was an added bonus.

Fantastic Day - Dunn’s River Falls and Blue Hole - I contacted Kool Jamaica Tours on WhatsApp and spoke via text with Margaret! She was amazing! She was able to answer all of my questions about the different tours they offer and pricing. On the day of our tour we were met at the Falmouth pier by our driver, Orette. He is the absolute BEST! We had such a fantastic time with him and on the tour! He is such a kind and genuine person that by the end of the day he felt like a friend! He took excellent care of us making sure that we were safe and comfortable. He is a terrific driver and ensured that we had plenty of time to get back to the cruise in time. There was no stress just a day of fun! While we were heading to Dunn’s River Falls he was explaining some points of interest and giving us information about Jamaica. We asked him a lot of questions and he answered them all. He’s very knowledgeable! We climbed Dunns River Falls and had a blast! Such a beautiful waterfall! After that, Orette drove us to the Blue Hole. We really enjoyed jumping into all of the pools from the waterfalls! Again, absolutely beautiful! From there we wanted to do a little tourist shopping and my daughter wanted to try jerk chicken. He kindly took us to a local craft market and to a restaurant where my daughter could order the food to go. We were back to the cruise ship in plenty of time that we even had time to go shopping at the stores in the port. We literally had a fantastic day and we want to thank Margaret and Orette for making all of this happen! I highly recommend Kool Jamaica Tours!

Can’t miss this excursion - Orette was amazing.. went out of his way to give us an Experience vs just a drive. The excursions were 5 out of 5! Anything out of box we requested, he did for us! Gotta Try the Jucci Patties!

Fun! - Communication with the company was very clear. We were picked up on time and were given details about our tour and Jamaican history/sites we passed by our driver. Both Dunn River Falls and the Blue Hole were definitely exciting, beautiful, and fun.

Very compassionate staff! - Took a bit of time to get out of the cruise terminal but very happy we weren’t on a cruise line motor coach tour! Our guide/driver was very personable and fun. The Blue Hole was a BLAST! Members of our group from 9 to 63 years old all jumped off the ledge into the blue hole. Climbing the falls was just the right degree of challenging. The rope swing was so fun. Unfortunately my 88 yr old dad fell (just an accident, nobody’s fault) and cracked his jaw. The guide and staff at the blue hole couldn’t have been more compassionate. We decided to skip Dunns River Falls and head back to the ship. The tour operator knocked about half off the cost of the tour without us asking. They didn’t have to do that but it was very appreciated. Dad is fine and even went on another cruise 3 weeks later!

No Wet No Fun! - Our tour guides were encouraging and funny. At Blue Hole, we were in the safest hands even when in doubt. I had no idea we were going to be in the water the whole time at Blue Hole because I bought my 35mm point-and-shoot with me in a secure waterproof bag. I did not want to jump in with it. my guide refused to let us come here without jumping he took it and kept it safe & dry. Anyway, I was extremely hesitant to jump that day but looking back I'm so glad he made me. I reach for his hand, it's always there. Thanks to CJ. At Dunn's River, I wish we had more time to admire the beauty at safe points but it was just, go go go! it felt rushed. which we didn't love because it was easy to get left behind and there weren't enough guides in my opinion for Dunn's River. It was dangerous but we made it thanks to their knowledge of where to step. Our group definitely needed at least three guides instead of 1 cameraman and 1 guide. Our driver Godfrey played real nice music of course.
