Fantastic experience. - Kawan Demekie were amazing guides. Entertaining and incredibly good with the kids. Loved the tour. Highly recommended.

Fun and Relaxing River Tubing and Blue Holes - The guides were wonderful and made sure we all had a great time. The river tubing was relaxing and fun. The Blue Holes were beautiful. Would definitely recommend this tour and Chukka!

Irie Excursion - This was an amazing full day in Jamaica. We booked through Royal Caribbean. Our tour guide Carla was so informative and humorous on the drive to the waterfalls. She knew the history of the island and the sites along the way. At the falls our guide Courtney took great care of us and made sure we all had a great time and were safe! Then we got taken to the top of the river to tube down by two hilarious guides! They also kept us safe and helped us have fun!! We finished up the day with a yummy jerk chicken dinner. I would do this all again if I get the chance! Seems like a great company- very professional, they have taken care of everything.

Blue Hole was so fun! - 4 stars because the tubing wasn’t nearly as enjoyable as I thought it’d be. The ride from the port to the area we’d be tubing took forever so everything felt rushed. It’d make more sense to have the life jackets and helmets up there at the tubing location so you don’t waste time waiting for everyone to get back on the bus. Once we got there, it felt like a lot of confusion because nobody knew who the tour guide was. Our group was standing by the tubes getting rained on for a good 10 minutes as other groups and their tour guides passed us by and jumped in the water. After we were finally in the water, I figured it’d be a peaceful float but no, it was just way too many people and we’d have to hold onto each other or stop and hold on to ropes as we waited for everyone. The blue hole on the other hand was amazing. Shoutout to Andre, he deserves a raise!! One down fall is you only get to jump at each spot ONE time. Then they told us to jump from a small rock and people after us were able to jump from higher spots so we asked can we do it there and they said no because other groups were coming. Space the time out so people have an opportunity to actually enjoy the excursion they paid hundreds for.

Guide/Driver Experience - Enjoyable river experience. Tubing was great. But, not sure I’d recommend Chukka as the guide/operator. When travelling somewhere like Jamaica, you want to have guides/drivers that can handle situations when they go wrong, not just when things go to plan. Unfortunately things did not go to plan when our cruise ship was damaged at the pier. Our guide Dee-nice and driver Gold were disappointing in how they handled the situation and our group compared with other guides. With 2000 people displaced and the 15 of us looking for guidance from our guide, none was to be found. And when it came time to get back to our ship, our driver Gold allowed the bus to be overtaken by others who weren’t even on the vehicle and refused to get off - rather than pulling the keys and walking away, Gold just shrugged him shoulders and Dee-nice did nothing. Leaving us stranded for another 90 minutes. Then, when they finally came back for us had the nerve to ask for an additional tip. So, when you pick your operator for tours, those guides need to be able to handle things and place for their group when things go wrong - Chukka and these two guides definitely did not.

Blue Hole and white river tubing - Mmmm, not worth the value to be honest. Tubbing is fun and the nature beautiful. Its a 45 minute max tour. blue hole is a victim of its own success. Overcrowded tourist commercial excursion. Again its beautiful but way to many visitors. I am not doing this tour again. Special when you have to travel from the Falmouth port its a 2.5 hour travel one way. So overall a disappointing experience.
