Dunn’s River workout - My family and I had a great experience this was our second time going and we got a good workout and made memories while having a good time.

A “must do” adventure! - A “must do” when in the area. Our guide was great, he knew exactly where to go to avoid slippery areas. Pay attention to the guides, they are the experts! Try to go early or on a non cruise ship day.

Great time and experience - Very well organized. Furthermore, we were picked up quickly once the ship has docked and therefore arrived at the waterfalls first. we avoided the crowds.

Excellent service from Kool Jamaica Tours - We came to Jamaica Falmouth during a cruise trip. Since we had a big group (33 people), instead of paying expensive cruise line short excursion, we contacted Kool Jamaica Tours directly. The agent contact person always responded quickly and was flexible in meeting our requirement and tailored to our needs. The initial plan was to to visit both Dunn's River Falls and Blue Hold. Unfortunately, the cruise line had a medical emergency and our arrived was delayed by 2hrs at last minute which limited our trip to Dunn's River Falls only. And Kool Tours quickly adjusted to the itinerary change. Due to group size, we were assigned two buses. Godfrey was one of our drivers. We finished the waterfall on time but delayed bus boarding due to changing clothes. Godfrey didn't complain but rather constantly found the shortcuts and brought up back to port on time. 20min after arriving at the port, one of the families discovered an iPhone was left on Godfrey's bus. He parked the car on the road shoulder and went all over the bus and located the phone under the seats. Unfortunately, he was too far to bring the phone back before cruise departure but promised to mail it to our address. In the next two weeks, the family was in constant contact with Margaret from Kool Jamaica Tours. Despite of X'mas, New Year and Jamaica National Day, they were able to mail it back to US right after the holiday break. We truly appreciate the exciting journey, the responsive and flexible service, the efficient handling of itinerary changes and the extra effort to return a lost phone.

Beautiful site. Very dangerous if not careful! - Love every moment of it. Beautiful site but you must be careful. It's not for people with knee or leg problem. You could possibly hurt yourself climbing, with all the twist and turns.

Great afternoon adventure! - Viator was super easy to work with, we even booked last minute. Best price, no hidden fees, prompt and super friendly staff. They were knowledgeable and communicative so there were no surprises and the Dunn Falls were even more fun than we expected!

Too many steps but great beach - We had already decided not to climb the falls based on all the reviews. What was not mentioned are all the steps to get to the views and the beach. Thank goodness my 79 year old mother was able to get down and back up. The Viator driver was super friendly.
