Dunn's River Falls Tour - As a Jamaican, it was my children's first visit to our homeland, and it was an absolute blast. Exploring the breathtaking beauty of Jamaica, especially Dunn's River Falls, was a delight. Our guide, Junior, was exceptional—knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, and incredibly respectful. His expertise truly enhanced our experience, and without a doubt, we'll be seeking his services on all future trips to Jamaica. He truly made our journey unforgettable.

Incredible experience - Our family had an amazing experience at Dunns River. Our driver, Junior, arrived to pick us up from our hotel lobby on time. He was very kind. We had great conversation with him and he was a very good driver. We got to the Falls early and it wasn’t crowded at all. I definitely recommend going on a day when there are no cruise ships. Our guide, Michael, took lots of pictures for us. He was fantastic! Overall, we had a blast! Thank you to our driver Junior and our guide Michael for a great time!

Excellent concierge experience. - This tour was such a great experience for my husband and I. Mr. McFarlane was an excellent concierge driver. He made sure everything went seamlessly. He was prompt in picking us up from the hotel. Our drive to and from Dunn's River was filled with insightful conversations. He is very knowledgeable about Jamaican history, and just about anything else. He was courteous, polite and very patient. I would 100% recommend him. I wish we met him before booking our Bob Marley 9 mile tour with another service provider. Would definitely have gone with him.

Safe, good, punctual, and friendly service - Pick up was on time, which is highly appreciated because vacation time is precious. The drive to Dunn's River Falls was over an hour from MoBay and we made it there safely. He walked us in and helped us take some nice pictures, he didn't rush us at all. On the drive back, we were able to stop for lunch, we got a history of Jamaica as well. Overall, J Mac Tours was exceptional and we wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future. Highly recommend.

Amazing tour with great tour company - Five stars!!! McFarland was an amazing tour guide and our driver. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of history about Jamaica. Happy - The driver was friendly and caring. We enjoyed our private ride and he stayed with us at Dunn River Falla We we’re not climbing so he guided us to the water and back. You would want to use him JMac tours.

Went the extra mile! - Junior was our driver to Dunns River Falls and the Blue Hole. He went above and beyond multiple times during the trip and was a wealth of local knowledge. A couple specific situations to note: at Dunns River, he had read the reviews of some travelers that said their DVD's did not work when they got home, so after my wife purchased one, he tested it in his van and it turned out to be one that did not work. If he hadn't tested it, we would have been out the $40 for the video. He found our picture guy and got him to give us another DVD that worked! Then on our travels our traveling partners wanted to stop at a grocery store to get some Jerk seasoning. So we stopped and my when my wife went to use US dollars it created a lot of confusion. So he stepped in and helped sort it out with the cashier/store. Overall, I would highly recommend him as a driver/tour guide for any experience you are thinking of taking on the Island.

I loved it! - I recently visited Jamaica with my friends and received the best service from J Mac Tours. I’d recommend their services for people of all ages. Their customer service is friendly and top notch and they knew all the best spots and give good recommendations. I loved every moment of my trip and will definitely use their services when I come back with my family.

Ok - Great experience for my 2 teenage sons and myself. Not to difficult of a climb, very refreshing and beautiful. Now the driver was nice, but his driving was a little sketchy, off the road paying attention on his phone to much.
