Relaxing and fun tour - Very nice team with Jason in the lead. Beautiful waterfall. Bus ride was fun and the whole tour was amazingly organized. Everything g was handled.

Best experience - The best excursion on our cruise. Our driver and host Kasey were great and our zip line crew was MJs crew the were all amazing.

Amazing trip!!! - We thoroughly enjoyed both the zip lining and the climb up the falls. The tour guide, Grace Anne, and our climb guide were both fantastic! Very professional and we felt safe at all times. Highly recommend!

Zip Lining Over Dunn’s River - Our zip line tour guides Stacey and Shaq were amazing! They took photos for us and we all laughed together. They made sure we had an excellent time. 10/10 would recommend.

Ziplining - I had so much fun ziplining across Dunn's. My guides Miguel and Brian were awesome and made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this excursion!!

Zipline and Dunn River - Carla Marie and Daniel from Chukka took us at the port of Falmouth for one hour drive to the Dunn Falls and Zipline park. At Zipline Jason and his team took care of us for safe zipline aventure. After KC take the lead of our Dunn River Falls safe climb. Finish that day for a lunch at Smoke House restaurant on our way back to Falmouth Port !! Amazing day !! We had a lot of fun, no pressure and learn a lot about Jamaica with our guide Carla Marie, which has a contagious smile !! Yaman !!! From what we hear about other excursion from Falmouth, I strongly recommand this excursion !!

Good but organisation could be improved - The signing on at the outpost was a bit unorganised. Nobody knew who was going where and it was just a mess. We finally got to Dunn's river and we were told we were doing the zip line first. Fine. Miguel was amazing. He was funny and really made us feel safe and I really enjoyed it even though I'm scared of heights. After that we went to do the climb of the falls and this was a bit disappointing. The guide was super enthusiastic to begin with however once we started the line was broken multiple times by random tourists climbing themselves and our tour guide kind of abandoned us. Someone from the group basically ended up taking over and helping us all instead. I was under the impression that someone would take photos on our personal phones for us but this wasn't the case. The videographer came along and wanted us to spend 40 dollars to buy a video of everyone who did the excursion and we only posed for two photos in the hour we were there. We then went for lunch at margaritaville and that was nice. The rum tasting back at chukka outpost was amazing the lady was lovely I can't remember her name she was super informative. I've done a tour in negril with chukka before and it was amazing so a little upset with this one however I would still recommend them.

Lack of Detail made it a bust! - We were very disappointed in the lack of detail that was provided for our excursion. There was a list of items that we were told to bring but the list didn't say anything about bathing Suits or water bags for your phone or belongings. Also it wasn't explained that we needed cash for tipping in the park or that you needed cash to rent lockers for all your belongings so they wouldn't get wet. We went from zipline to hiking up the fall again without alot of information. We had to leave all our belongings in our bus because we didn't have cash to rent a locker. We ended up climbing the falls in our clothes and shoes and getting fully wet.
