Fun Fun Fun - The staff were so friendly and they made sure they put safety 1st. I love the fact they encourage you to do something you was afraid to do but gave you so many other options that you was comfortable in doing. I had so much fun

Dope Experience!! Definitely worth every moment! - The Catamaran boat cruise was AWESOME! The boat looked and felt brand new! Snorkeling was awesome as well! The gentlemen on the boat gave us the best experience and our DJ was off the chain!!! A big shout out to Vibes - he was a Vibe all by himself🙃. We felt very safe, no one was left behind, and they took really good care of us. Dune Falls - be ready to so some serious climbing. Beautiful Fall and beach. Zip-lining: Jason, Duncan and Kazuka were the best! It was our first time and we had a BLAST! I will be back!!!!! Respect - Jason, Duncan, Kazuka, Vibes and the entire Chukka team!!!! One❤️🇯🇲

Great Experience for a birthday trip - Tour guide picked us up on time. Keep in mind the tour time is not the pick up time (pick up time is much earlier if you are starting from Montego Bay). Felicia (bus tour guide and coordinator) was great! Catamaran ride was great and a lot of fun coming back. Dunns river is a bit of a tourist trap, so be ready for that. Overall a good time…wouldn’t recommend doing solo though.

Great excursion would recommend - Great excursion! The snorkeling was good, dunn River falls was a hike but we made it and the ride back on the catamaran was perfect. Only change I would make is improve the organization when checking in at Chukka and don’t say we need a photo ID because we were never asked for it.

Beautiful fish, fun climb, great party followed by dinner at Margaritaville. 😊 - Dunn’s River and the party boat were awesome fun. The only thing I would have liked more was a little more time snorkeling and to have done the zip line. My bad. Overall awesome and well worth the money.

Not worth the time or money - The falls were amazing. However, the experience with this company was not. We left our resort at 9:05 am. Took a bus, waited, got back on a bus, then went to the catamaran for snorkeling. We were herded on board then told to hurry hurry for the snorkeling. Then to the falls. No instructions, no idea where or what to do. We guessed as to when to go back to the boat. By this time it was 3pm, and the lunch that was included in the price was a boat ride away. So you pay $5 for a small bag of chips or $6 for a meat pocket. All in all it was a waste of a full day of vacation. We should have booked a private transfer.

Several gotchas. Sales and execution not on the same page. - Horrible experience. I specifically asked about using my own snorkel gear (PADI certified diver). Of course sales said yes, but boat captain refused stating company policy. Then accused of stealing $8 m&Ms from the boat. We picked them up to ask how much, and when she said $8, I put them back in the basket. Accused of stealing none the less because I "touched it". Finally get to Margaritaville, no souvenir glasses (that would have made beers 1/2 price), so stuck paying $8/beer for redstripe. Then not told stairs at Margaritaville, and due to recent back surgery had to sit away from group (food prepaid for as part of trip).

Not as advertised - Not as expected. Hotel told us it was a 100 person boat but wouldn’t be full. The hotel was wrong. It was packed. The music was too loud for myself and my family. The staff on the boat were good but I just couldn’t get into the vibe of it all. The snorkeling was short. They didn’t have enough masks and flippers for everyone that wanted a pair. I was the last one in the water because we had to wait for others to be done, so we could use those ones. By the time we got out there, they called everyone back in. Maybe 10min in the water. Then off to the falls for the climb. Missed getting assigned to any group but started to tag along with one as I was unsure of what to expect. But I’ll tell you, with good water shoes you’ll be fine. Maybe not the easier climb for people who are packing a little too much weight but the guides seem to help a lot for that. The climb was very slow and every spot we had to stop for pictures from the photographer. My suggestion is to just go it by yourself once you’re there. Start with the group and ditch. Watch what others are doing and you’ll be fine. Once you are at the top, guides and photographers will be asking for tips. Got back to the boat and It was time for the party to start. Heavy drinking to loosen the wallets. Get back to the harbour and crew is asking for tips. After that was lunch at 4 which was tricky for the kids. We packed snacks for the boat guessing this might happen again not as describe by anyone. Just bring lots of extra cash because it seemed everyone had their hand out for a little extra. The driver of the bus was the only one I think that knew how the day was going to go. He made sure we knew his name. “Perry” very entertaining and knowledgeable driver to and from Ocho Rios. I’m glad the majority of the rest of my group had a good time however 3 of us did not.
