Our driver Tracy was the... - Our driver Tracy was the best!! Bring spending money if you plan on getting the massage, rum punch, & pictures. Thanks to Tracy we were able to stop at an ATM and get cash. The rafting was soo much fun. The blue hole was okay i wouldn’t do it again too much climbing.

Awesome experience! - Tracy was our driver and she was awesome! All the guides were friendly and great. Bring more cash than you think because many of the guides/photographers don’t take card as payment and you will have several sets of guides and photographers.

From the moment we met her, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and full of energy. Tracy made us feel safe, relaxed, and completely taken care of throughout our entire trip. She knew all the best spots – from hidden local gems to must-see attractions – and shared so much interesting history and culture along the way. An open and honest review - This was my Birthday trip: Overall the transportation company with Omar tours Jamaica was good. Tracy was really nice to us, very kind and friendly. Omar was also nice to us, very understanding that our ship docked late and was in communication with us every step of the way via WhatsApp when we got off the ship I called him and he told me where to go stayed on the phone with me until I got there and told me where to wait. He answered every call and was very patient with us. Overall experience was a 10/10 with the transportation company We started at the Taj Mahal shopping center which was cool we brought some alcohol there, they gave us a ridiculous amount of shots to taste test is was great!! We got Rum punch while we was there and we also took some to go. The gift shop is a bit over priced, but to be expected. The people were very nice to us and even hooked us up with some stuff for my birthday. The white chocolate Big Black Dick rum is a must try. Don’t let them try to tell you, you can only get the big bottle. They have small ones. Overall experience was an 8/10 They’re a bit deceitful so be careful, but it’s the Caribbean and everybody is on their hustle so just don’t get hustled. We booked the Blue hole, Dunns River, and bamboo rafting excursion. First things first EVERYBODY has an agenda. Walk with the money you intend to spend nothing more nothing less. Tips aren’t required but somehow expected. Bluehole- Amazing, our tour guide was AJ we had a great time with him. He jumped with us and we had an amazing time. The water is nice and it’s clean but please be careful the rocks are very slippery. 10/10 experience. Bamboo Rafting- It was okay, not something I would do again. Especially not with Charlie, first off please know the limestone massage is not included in this excursion. We were not informed about this. We assumed it was included. When asked about it the guide did not mention an additional fee. The ride was good the massage was alright it is not nothing special (it’s just mud) however at the end Charlie our guide asked if our driver Tracy told us the price? Knowing fully well our driver didn’t because she is the driver not the person in control of the excursion , he then tried to charge us $50usd per person. Omar was present and he did nothing in regards to resolving the issue just listened and bobbed his head. Omar does not appear to be confrontational kind of wish he would’ve spoken up more for us but after some choiced words in our caribbean accents because yes I am Trini and know fully well the conversion of money and knew full well we were being ripped off. Tracy ultimately resolved the issue behind closed doors (she spicy) and we ended up paying $20pp and leaving. Overall 6/10 and that’s being generous it’s actually quite boring and kind of wish we skipped it. However it was my birthday so ofcourse we turned up. We did get to play our own music also Dunns River- Never made it, no fault to the company. My boat docked late and still expected people to be back on time smh. Overall I will return back to Ocho Rios, I won’t book another cruise here. If you’re booking this excursion and coming on a cruise I won’t recommend it because you won’t have enough time to do all three excursions you will miss something. My chances of booking Omar tours Jamaica again for excursions 9/10 if Tracy is taking me around.
