Learning about the art and history of Oaxaca - Diego was very patient with our group of tourists and his knowledge of the art, history and current politics of Oaxaca city was great. The pieces and neighbourhoods he took us to were beautiful. I would go on another tour with Coyote next time in Oaxaca.

Window into Everything - My bike tour was led by Diego and it was a rich experience. He knew the terrain of the subject matter and covered a range of media and content. Art is a window into everything cultural and biking around is a great way to get a sense of some of the different neighborhoods.

Learning about more than art - Pau was terrific - a smart, articulate, passionate activist artist. We learned so much about the art but also the political realities behind the art, the "why." It's a privelge to get a glimpse, to understand more than history but to feel what is happening in the present in Oaxaca. And it's a fun little ride and very pleasant time with others with similar interests!

Amazing mural tour! - We loved this street art bike tour! It was fun to see some neighborhoods near the city center that we hadn't walked through yet. Loved learning about the beautiful murals and all they represent. The bike ride itself was very manageable considering I hadn't been on a bike in several years. Plenty of stops (including a great cafe stop) and riding at a mellow pace. Our tour guide was knowledgable about the murals, the artists, and the city, and gave us tips on restaurants to visit. The only tiny downside was that it sometimes felt that the info offered was too brief, and/or we stopped at wall or block with lots of murals and only got info about one. There's so much to see , so I get that it can't all be covered - just seemed like the quantity vs quality sometimes tilted in the quantity direction and we quickly moved on to another area before soaking in everything. That said, we'd 100% recommend this tour and would love to take other tours offered by Coyote Aventuras!

Street art neighborhood tour - We did the street art bike tour on Feb 5 with Diego. It was a wonderful adventure and a great way to explore the city. We saw 3 distinct neighborhoods and a artist workshop. Diego was passionate, kind, and proud of his city and provided us with so much wonderful detail. I loved how he embraced the beauty of the art while giving the context behind the pieces and not shying away from the complex issues. The bikes were in good working order and had wide enough tires to navigate the streets and I always felt safe with Diego’s navigation. I would 100% recommend.

Street art culture - More art than bike riding, which was fine. Very interesting commentary to go with the incredible murals and posters. As my daughter reminded me, art is social commentary!
