Do yourself a favor and book this tour! - This tour is 1000% worth you money. I was impressed by how much ground we covered and how many things we were able to see and do. Pavel was an awesome tour guide and he had so much to tell us about the vibrant culture of Oaxaca. If you're worried by the length of the tour, it was by no means exhausting or *too much*. Everything was paced appropriately and there was lots of time for bathroom breaks, snacks, and wandering around. (( I will say however... having been to Mexico 15+ times myself, my only advice to Americans is to play it safe food-wise and stay away from fruit and leafy greens -- you will regret it, lol ))

Great for solo travelers - Wonderful tour option for a solo traveler. Met some fun people, learned a ton of cool things. The day was packed with great activities and information. Highly recommend!

Great - I had a good experience in this tour, Andrea was our guide and she explained everything well and cared about getting to know us, and that the group got to know each other as well. She spoke great English and Spanish and also gave us a list of recs for places to eat. The buffet was ok, I didn’t eat much but I did see a lot of ppl getting up for more, maybe just wasn’t for me. My fav parts of this tour were the textile stop, the natural pools at hierve el agua and the mezcal tasting. Do not do the loop at hierve el agua, the ppl in our group who did it, did not have time to get into the pools and they said it was difficult. The steps to get to the petrified waterfall are thick so it’s not suitable for anyone who has bad knees or maybe older in age. We had a 70 year old in our group, and she could not go down.

It was a long day, but it was worth it, we need to respect the times more in each place, but we were very satisfied. - Very hot at this time but the tour is highly recommended, all the places are very interesting, the van is in very good condition with air conditioning and the staff is very friendly.

What an Adventure! - If you want to immerse yourself in Oaxaca and only have a day this is the tour for you. Rodrigo, our tour guide, has such a bubbly personality and he was so helpful the entire trip. The tulle tree and surrounding gardens were beautiful. Plenty of street food if you're hungry too. The mezcal distillery was beautiful and we really enjoyed the tasting. What surprised us was how much great food we could get at the lunch buffet. It was great to hear the history and explore the ruins in Mitla. The hike to the bottom of the petrified waterfall at Hierve el Agua was alot for those not used to the altitude and heat. But the pools were so refreshing and what a view! It was quite an adventure. Highly recommend!

Dishonest and lying guide! We got scammed - We paid our guide, Rodrigo for all the tickets but since he didn’t have change at the time, he promised to give us back the change at the end of trip. At the end, he pretended like he had already given us the change and we were stupid to be asking for it back. This was a terrible experience even after we had a good day at the trip. Rodrigo embarrassed us and said and I quote, “it’s not my job to give your money back”. I have never faced such dishonesty and would hope the tour operator makes sure a traveller is not put in this situation again. We didn’t even get our change back but it’s more about trust. There are multiple other tour operators carrying the same tour out, please choose them over this one!
