We find constant joy in the sights of hills, skies, evergreens, and the quaint settlements of the Sierra Norte during this journey. After immersing ourselves in the town’s history, culture and local context, we delve into the splendid woodland that surrounds the community.
The trail is captivating, teeming with an array of flora such as flowers, agave plants, maize, pine trees and oak trees, and provides breathtaking views of the mountains. The villages are intriguing and tranquil, giving you an insight into the region’s rural lifestyle, traditions and practices. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to picnic, meditate or engage in other ventures.
The climax of the hike is a marvelous suspension bridge elevated on a mountain, offering an awe-inspiring view. We plan to return to the city by 6 PM.
