The guides were very nice and they shared more than the cooking. We learned about Oaxaca and the traditions and history. Great group.

We were very pleased about this activity. It was nice to get more insight in the oaxacan cuisine and the chef made us do a lot ourselves. The guided market tour was interesting because we learned more about new products. The only minus point was that we were the only people of the group that don't speak spanish, which left us missing some part of the discussions. However, the guide/chef did his best to explain everything very well in English.
