- Oaxaca - We begin our tour or experience by picking up tourists at their lodging places within the city, if they are outside the city center they are quoted in a central point. We will have a light breakfast (approximately 40 min.) and we will make a transfer of approximately 2 hours to reach the town of Roagia (Hierve el Agua).
- The Water Boils - We visit the petrified waterfalls located in Roaguia, there we take a walk to see and enjoy the place. We will visit the place for approximately 1 hour, we will walk through the waterfalls until we reach the lowest part from where we will see the stalactites and stalagmites, the pre-Hispanic irrigation channels and we will return to the water pools. Later we will have some time to freshen up, and then continue the walk of approximately 3 hours along trails to the next location known as Las Salinas.
- San Baltazar Guelavila - After the walk of approximately 3 hours, we have a rest in the Salinas, a space where we can cool off in the river, at the end we move to the town of San Baltazar Guelavila to eat (approximately 1 hr.) with a local family, we will taste traditional food of the local gastronomy. We will visit a local palenque where we will taste mezcal from the region. At the end of the tasting our experience concludes and we move to Oaxaca.
- Oaxaca - At the end of the activities in San Baltazar Guelavila we return to the city of Oaxaca, this tour can take us approximately 2 hours.

We will enjoy nature with a walk in the Oaxacan sierra. We will visit Roaguia, where the beautiful petrified waterfalls known as Hierve el Agua are located. We tour the place and at the end we make our walk along trails and sidewalks towards the town of San Baltazar where we will see Las Salinas, a special place where the river and the rock formation that houses it is. In San Baltasar we will have a traditional meal in the house of the settler and to close we will visit a palenque to taste mezcal from the area. In this tour we hope to become aware of the natural and cultural wealth of Oaxaca, of local consumption to help the economy of Oaxacan artisans and towns. We will know and learn traditions (gastronomy, crafts) and special places (petrified waterfalls, towns, rivers, landscapes), we will have unique experiences and memories.
