  • Radnor Lake State Park - Participants will check in with the hiking guide(s) prior to the event outside of the Walter Criley Visitor Center. The visitor center has restrooms, which if opened, may be used prior to the hike. Your hiking guide(s) will be holding a ‘Nashville is Nature’ banner. Participation is dependent on waivers, which will be sent to each participant via text or email.

Once sign in is complete, our hiking tour will begin. Our hike to the two stops at Radnor Lake will be primarily leveled, then it will proceed on an upwards trail that can be moderate to strenuous depending on your fitness level. We will hike on varied terrain throughout the woods, then descend to Otter Creek Road which is primarily paved. This trail is absolutely STUNNING!

Radnor Lake Park, crowned Park of the Year at the Tennessee State Parks Awards of Excellence, offers the wonder of nature’s ecological beauty. Immerse yourself in its charm with a hike on the predominantly forested and partially paved trails. Marvel at the picturesque landscapes of the stunning Radnor Lake before embarking on a moderately challenging or intense trek, based on your fitness capabilities, across diverse landscapes. We’ll have rest stops as required. During this hike, be prepared to encounter a variety of wildlife and don’t forget to capture the moment! Depending on availability, bathroom breaks are possible before and after the hike at the Walter Criley Visitor Center.

During our hikes, you don’t just follow - you lead! Don’t stress, we’re there to guide you and ensure everyone stays together as we supervise the group from the back. By stepping up to lead, you’ll hone your navigational skills and boost your confidence to take on unknown trails.

  • Only ages 12 and older are permitted. If your group arrives/ you arrive for the hike and someone under 12 is present, the hike will be canceled and you/ your group will forfeit your refund. Parent(s)/adult(s) must accompany participants 12 to 17 years of age.
  • Minimum of 2 people per tour are required- no exceptions. Ex- If 3 people book, but only one person shows up for the hike, it will be canceled. The fee will only be refunded to the person who showed up.
  • Operates in most weather conditions; please dress appropriately
  • If you/ your group arrives more than 15 minutes late for the start time of the hike, the hiking tour will be canceled and you forfeit your refund.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Participation is dependent on signed waivers that we will send via text and/or email.
  • Not suitable for participants who have had a knee or hip replacement or any joint injuries/ailments within the last year
  • Not suitable for participants with ailments/injuries that will prevent one from completing the hike.

When you arrive, we will meet on the sidewalk of the main parking lot in front of the visitor center. Parking is free, but fills up quickly. Please arrive no later than 7:45 AM to promptly begin our hike at 8AM. Our hiking tour guide will be holding a banner with our company name on it.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Incredible morning hike - Ask for Teneal (probably not spelled right) she’s awesome!! Our group loved our morning hike before the park filled up.
