Brandon was very welcoming, helpful, relaxed and professional at the same time, encouraging even though my wife was struggling with technique and a lack of strength, and he put us at ease with his expertise and safety awareness. We had a great time, even though my wife was not able to do as much as we had hoped.

Alex is a fantastic instructor, very patient, always putting safety and the security of the patrons first. The experience is something hard to find anywhere else, especially in such a neat place.
