Great cruise. - The staff was extremely helpful, professional and experienced. Highly recommended! The fireworks off the city was very romantic.

Great Job To the Staff - Had a wonderful experience, it was my wife birthday. And she was so impressed, from the great pick up person Noe to the great time on the boat. Met exciting other couples from other countries. For the first time. Overall the trip was very Romantic🆙oo

Amazing start to a great birthday vacation! - It was an amazing experience! Awesome crew and the office girl was super nice with us. I would do it again in the future for sure! 100% recommended.

Sunset/Fireworks cruise - We did the Friday sunset cruise and the views were amazing and so was the firework show that we watched from the boat. I would recommend a better variety of music but other than that it was great. The staff were friendly and kept the kids occupied with glow stick necklaces, glasses and bracelets. The views from the ocean was my favorite part!

Skyline views and sunset.... - Skyline views and sunset. The crew was nice, especially Sue that helped us with getting drinks from downstairs. The stairs were tricky with transitioning from downstairs to upstairs with drinks but overall we had a good time. Sue was also very friendly and provided everyone opportunities for family/group photos at sunset

Expected more…. - We were expecting a lot more in all honesty. Being closer to the fireworks would be better and the length of the actual firework display was quite a “non event” It sounded and looked good on paper- but in all honesty being on the beach would have been better and saved quite alot of money.

Great if you like the smell of diesel! - Fireworks were nice and the crew was ok, the boat was beat up left port and just sat in the same place for an hour waiting. With the boat not moving and the engine running all you could smell was diesel fuel!

Disappointing service wouldn't do it again - Unfortunately there was a elderly couple sitting at the back of the ship. She was walking with cane and he had a hard time walking, the crew not once checked on them. For part of the boatride they were sitting in a cloud of exhaust. The cruise came with 2 free drinks, the one that most people liked they were out of halfway through the cruise. Seating was very limited, even though the captain anounced that they had permit for 50 more people. Wouldn't do this cruise again.

Booked but left boat soon after boarding. - I’m sure the cruise is good. We got off the boat prior to departure from docks . Screaming toddler for 10 mins was enough for several of us unfortunately. My Father is 90 and was aggirated by it. Wanted hime to enjoy. Boy that baby girl has some pipes!

Fireworks were nice, but that’s all - Fireworks were nice. Boat, crew, refreshments, etc., were lousy. Overcrowded boat, scramble to find seating on benches, and terrible rum drinks that tasted like Kool Aid with vodka. Too expensive for what you get.
