Cruise delivered—great views! - Cruise delivered as promised. Larger catamaran was very stable maneuvering. Great amphitheater seating at front of boat perfect for taking photos of sunset, skyline, and fireworks. Go for the views. Don’t expect great commentary or exciting snacks (just “free” peanut butter sandwich crackers).

Should take better safety precautions - Unfortunately, getting onto the boat using their portable three step stool with high steps, my wife fell and her left leg lodged between the steps and the boat. She fell on her right knee and her foot got lodged under her. They really need to have a ramp or step system with shallower steps, to accommodate seniors and disabled persons. With the mishap however, the guys helped her tremendously, waiting for her to get situated and calmed down to finally get in the boat. They were very good about that. Fortunately, there was padded seating right near the entrance where she could stretch her leg out. But the back of the seat is nothing but guard rails, and the seat is too deep, to sit back comfortably. So, we borrowed other seat cushions to make a makeshift backrest. The crew got her ice and we had it replaced a few times, to keep the swelling down. So, she managed okay, though in pain. When we got off the boat, the crew had a wheelchair waiting for her and they all lifted her off the boat in the chair and shelled her to the car. Kudos for those guys. But management needs to do better for safety. We took her to Queens ER and it’s a good thing we did. She ended Jo having a fractured fibula. But, they gave her pain meds and sent her home with a walker and a boot. Unfortunately, we just started our nine day vacation,so this has oit a big damper on plans. Now to deal with the airlines and hope they accommodate her comfort accordingly. As for the boat and cruise itself, I was not impressed. Sitting downstairs at least, was not comfortable at all. The music was too intense and too loud,so it attracts a party crowd, if you’re into that. The fireworks last three minutes, but we’re good. Did not enjoy the diesel smell. I’d look elsewhere next time.

finding a place to park... - finding a place to park was terrible without paying to park in garage. The dock area was very congested with cars going every which way searching for parking. So give extra time to park. Drinks on boat were too sweet and not a wide choice without paying a premium price and even that the choice wasn't great. Seeing whales was non-existent. Fireworks were okay.

Broken Catamaran - Unfortunately right after the charge was processed we were notified by text that the boat we were supposed to be on was broke. They offered snorkeling (which we do not do) or a sail catamaran which is much smaller. We requested a refund and it is now pending. Maybe it was not meant to be.
