Since there are no escort tours available at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, we encourage visitors to take the USS Arizona Memorial Deluxe Tour. This incredible package includes the use of smart phone/headsets upon check in. First let Jamie Lee Curtis, guide you through the Visitor Center’s two world class museums, with narration aboard the Memorial and throughout the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. Hear firsthand from actual USS Arizona and Pearl Harbor Survivors as they retell their stories and retrace the events of Dec 7, 1941.

Only this Deluxe Tours allows visitors exclusive access, via the smart phone, to the National Park Service’s WWII archives and videos on the attack at Pearl Harbor.

With our Deluxe Tour, you get exclusive access to the National Park Service’s WWII archives and films detailing the Pearl Harbor attack. Added features include video interviews with genuine Pearl Harbor survivors and WWII veterans recounting their experiences. Entrance ticket to the National Park Service’s fresh Pearl Harbor Virtual Reality Center is included in this package.

NOTE: This tour does not include the Boat Ticket to the USS Arizona Memorial. You need to buy it separately before your trip date on the website indicated in the ticket after booking. Remember to factor in the Hiking/Parking fees too.

Lovely memorial to visit - Memorial was very nice and provided lots of history. Everyone should see this memorial. Great for all ages.

Our 30th anniversary trip - This place is a must to visit when in Oahu. The opportunity to visit and show our respects was a must for me. The way they present this memorial is perfect and very respectful to the men/women who lost their lives on this sad day in our history.

Wonderful Museum and piece of history. - No need to purchase ahead of time. This does not include timed access to USS Arizona (the ONLY way to purchase tickets is through the Park service). You can go to USS Arizona without a timed ticket. You can wait in the standby to take the boat out-line gets long quickly. If your traveling with luggage can check for a fee (all purses have to be checked-so if you can leave them in the car). The self guided audio tour was very informative and the VR experience was very cool too-this was included in this ticket. However, you can just pay day of going. Unless you want a timed ticket to view the USS Arizona, buying tickets in advance is not necessary. Beautifully done museum. Glad we went. The living history interviews of WW2 vets and civilians were best part.

Glad I went, wish I had more time. - As a US Navy veteran, I was a little disappointed. The tour of the USS Arizona was very moving, but very quick (too quick). There's not enough time to contemplate and absorb the enormity of the attack and the associated casualties. The boat ride is almost longer than the time at the memorial. This is not a complaint, just an observation. This is a VERY popular place, and there's not enough time to allow everyone to spend whatever time you want. I would have liked to spend more time.

Not much to see - The tour is mostly for those who have some connection to the ship. There wasn't much to see. The history of the Battle of Hawaii can be read at the museum

Arizona Memorial Sux - No parking. Did not see the memorial. Total waste of time and money. Way over crowded. Very boring displays. Need to update all displays.

Frustrated - This tour was cancelled and no one told me why. Very frustrating when I called asking about it. I was also told that my money had been refunded when it actually had not. The morning of the tour I received an email stating that the trip had been cancelled.

Don't use, total scam! - Complete and total scam. It costs nothing to go to the USS Arizona, the ticket was not for a guided tour but $38 for a stupid recorder you put in your ear which we did not use or pick up at the counter. Don't be scammed!
