Wonderful Experience - My husband and I just finished our Hawaiian getaway and we're so lucky to have known Sefo who introduced us to the tours that North Shore Tours can provide us. We particularly loved the Oahu Island Tour. Our tour guide, Ian, was excellent and I can do that tour all-over again! We love Ian - so relatable to any age group! We also really liked our Pearl Harbor Tour. We also love our tour guide, Moe for the Luau tour, that makes off the mediocre Luau we got from Paradise Cove to say the least. (I'd say it's not the North Shore Tour's fault at all!) Thanks to North Shore Tours for a very memorable and enjoyable vacation!

Switch it up! A great tour for all ages! - An excellent tour for all ages! Ray our tour guide was exceptional and we saw a wide range of attractions on the North Shore with lots of options! Well worth the money spent! My 17 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed it! Took in part of a Surf competition, perused village shops, went Paddle boarding down a river with turtles, enjoyed delicious treats served at different attractions and more! Lots to see and do! Truly a wonderful bus tour experience with my sister. - North shore bus tours with Sam, was excellent 👌. Learned a lot about Hawaii and it's culture. Truly a wonderful experience.

Personal Service - We were in Hawaii for the first time, party if 9, no rental car. Everyone and their brother were in Hawaii post Covid lockdown. We wanted to get out of Waikiki and explore N. Shore. We booked this transportation not knowing what to expect. Pleasantly surprised to meet Acey (SP?). He is a true local who knew everyone and everything about this island. He took us all over N. Shore, from Waimea Valley to Waimea Bay, to a lunch stop, we saw a sea turtle, shopping. He was amazing and very patient with us all day!!

Aloha Circle Island Tour - Full Day Adventure - In the times of Covid, we have all learned to pivot. This tour was changed the morning of to the Aloha Circle Island Tour - Full Day Adventure. Best tour guide in Oahu. Captain Vince operates on efficiency and fun only! We never had to wait in lines and had an amazing, relaxing day!

North shore tour - Acey our driver stopped and showed us all the cool places and food spots where the food was so good. The scenery he showed us was insane! Loved it!

Best day on the island - First off big shout out to our tour guide Damian. He was super knowledgeable and very friendly. This tour was the highlight of our vacation overall a great tour, highly recommend checking this one out.

Amazing day touring around the island - we had AC (unsure how to spell his name) as driver and tour guide - he was amazing! We had the best day! We had Fumi's shrimp = delish! Snorkelling with the turtles was such a highlight! And such amazing sights to see and loved the stories that were told.....loved seeing the homes of actors and the rich and famous! Well worth the trip around.....

Tour operator/driver never showed up - I’ve requested a refund for this tour, since the tour operator did not show up or respond to several attempts at contacting them. My party waited for nearly an hour at the location arranged for pickup with no communication at all from the tour contact. Luckily we were able to find a very kind Uber driver who drove us to the North Shore and returned later in the day to take us back to Waikiki. But, it was still frustrating to have an hour wasted and our plans change because of this tour operator.

Tour operator did not pick me up and never got back to me - Very unhappy with this service! First, I was not sent a time and location for the pick up so I had to contact the tour operator several times until I finally reached them. On the day of the tour, no one came to pick me up and the tour operator was again not reachable via email or phone. I requested a full refund for my ticket but my vacation day was ruined. Overall it was a very upsetting and frustrating experience and I would definitely not recommend to book a tour with them!
