Totally underrated - Entertainment was awesome. Should rename as 5 star! Great atmosphere and people were truly kind. Boat was huge and covered with top deck views.

Grand evening - The sweet and lovely staff and our waiter who was training was so careful to listen to our requests.

the best night - tonight was the best part of my family’s trip. ALLIE <3 she was wearing a vest and walking around to all the guests smiling but she kept coming back to check in with me and my family and really made us feel the aloha. she made sure we liked our food and got the drinks we ordered as well. sometimes you come across people who are sunshine and she is sure one of them!!! thank you very much for the best night. see you again soon

Memories Made - We had an amazing time on the dinner cruise. The staff and servers were very attentive. The food was delicious with a picturesque presentation. The entertainment was exciting and engaging. Captain Stephen was super friendly and made our experience even more memorable. I would definitely book again.

Amazing time at the Star of Honolulu - Had a wonderful time on the star of Honolulu. Our honeymoon sunset dinner cruise and whale watching the next day was a lot of fun. Our servers Katelyn and Anastacia were WONDERFUL! Sorry I spilled my drink 😬 Till next time.

beautiful - we boarded the ship and was thoroughly impressed . The wether was a little rough but the crew made it as nice as they could . We had the steak and lobster and it was good . I wish they had told us we would be sitting in a group setting . It was my wife's. birthday , our 25th anniversary and valentine's day and we would have like d a private table . But the trip was nice

Resort fee added after booking is deceptive! - Resort fee added upon checkin is deceptive advertising !! Accomodations were good. Nothing more to say

Rough waters and waste of $j - Well we were in the front of the boat on the second floor and the boat was rocking before we left port. It continued to rock that it was difficult to walk around ship. Within 30 minutes 3 of the 5 of us were vomiting over board. Asked waitress if this was normal and she said it was odd to NOT get sick. Really?? The 3 of us couldn't eat anything and asked if we could bring food home and were told nope cause they don't do food inspections since they are out in the ocean so we couldn't bring food off ship. That explains roaches we saw in elevator. I would never waste a dime doing this cruise because the staff were not friendly and the waters were unforgiving.

Lovely views from the pier! - If you want a lovely view of the the Star of Honolulu leaving the pier then sign up here!! Ticket AND email says to be there at 5:30 yet thats when the boat LEAVES the pier. No heads up anywhere mentioning be there sooner or "check in" by time etc. (Email detail photos are of the one only email recieved mentioning remotely ANYTHING about the event but had the audacity to send me 4 unrelated marketing emails instead). You would think living here you would be met with some kind of better service or yknow ," Aloha" since this is supposed to be one of the pride nd joy experiences of hawaii yet the Viator team AND the star of Honolulu met me with nasty attitudes over the phone the instant i asked for a refund of a event that i DID NOT get to experience. Take it from me folks, the star of Honolulu looks absolutely beautiful driving away from the pier! The angle on the sunlight as it reflects off the stern of the ship really sets the mood for the night.
