A must do tour! - Great views of the island, wonderful crew and entertainment as well as excellent food service made for a memorable experience!

Great cruise! Worth the money - Captain Stephen Young, Supervisor Vincent and servers Jordan, Nevaeh, the whole staff and the pianist made this cruise so stellar! An amazing 34th birthday with my friend. Drinks were perfect, 3 course meal was delicious and filling. Excellent cruise for the whole family.

The Best investment - Very relaxing. Incredible service from Allysa. The food was marvelous and the entertainment and views were remarkable.

The show was wonderful! - Stephan was very friendly and funny! The dancing was great and fun! The lobster was delicious! The scenery was beautiful and I want to go again!

Ok - Food was good. Did not like having to crack my own lobster. Entertainment was so-so. The Lava Flow & Blue Hawaiian drinks were delicious.

The much talked about dinner cruise was delicious and fun. - It was a Friday so we were able to see the Hilton fireworks from the water, and the staff really got the participants excited, so we were able to enjoy the dinner cruise along with the delicious food. I was exhausted after arriving in Hawaii that morning, but I ended up dancing to the YMCA at the end. The staff were friendly and helpful, but they were slow to clear away the dishes we had used, and it was disappointing that there was a long gap between dishes. It was a very enjoyable tour, so I hope they continue to make efforts to make it even better.

We will not return to this cruise! - We will not return to this cruise! The cruise was fine, but they changed the cultural show, or entertainment, form the "Mr. & Mrs. Aloha" couple touring throughout the Polynesian islands depicting their cultures to a "Jazz Music" performance. There was a short cultural show at the end of the cruise, but nothing like past experiences. The Jazz Music was fine, but the more eclectic cultural show was the motivating factor which enticed consistent participation from our family.

Horrible, not worth the money. - The ship was nice, and the fireworks were great. Food was cold and service was terrible! We went on Friday April 12, 2024, for dinner. The girl was training someone. We were the # star Deluxe Dinner and show. We got lobster tails and steak. We asked for help with the lobster tails in opening them and they came back 15 minutes later. My butter spilled and I asked for more butter and 10 minutes later she came back with drinks. I asked where my butter and she was laughed and said she forgot why she went back there. Steak was not served to the table all at once. We got ours and 15 minutes later some others at the table got theirs. Show was good. This was our second time doing this and we were excited. Boy, have things changed! Do not waste your money. It was unorganized. Other tables were organized, and we sat and watched as they got their food, and we didn't. My steak was bloody, (UGH!!) and then when another person got theirs 15 minutes after mine, it was medium well. No consistency. This girl was clearly over-whelmed. You need more help for that expensive of a dinner. Also, we paid extra to be picked up. Where they advised us to wait was not where the pick-up place was. We stood out there for 15 minutes and my husband had to call and ask where they were, they told us to walk up the sidewalk. This is not where we were told to wait. On the drop-off, the driver was rude and insisted on dropping us off at the hotel next to ours and made us walk through a dark garage. A very disappointing experience.
