Highlights
- Kalaeloa Beach - You will head to Eisenhower Beach / Kalaeloa Beach Park to meet your surfing instructor. Your instructor is an expert who even matches you up with the right surfboard. Then begin your lesson on the sand where you learn the proper techniques for paddling and popping up on your board. You might even hear some of the history of surfing as you practice.
When you feel comfortable, grab your board and walk into the warm Hawaiian ocean. Your instructor is there in the water with you, helping you to know when to paddle and when to get up. You have plenty of time after your introduction to practice in the water and refine your new skills.

Interested in learning to surf? Hawaii is the perfect starting point, as it’s been the heartland of surfing for hundreds of years. Begin your exciting journey with this 2-hour class at Barbers Point, a coastline on Oahu’s west side, known for excellent surf conditions and a sparse crowd. Our skilled teacher will guide you through the essentials to help you balance on the board and ride the waves. Opt for a personalized solo lesson or a small group session with a maximum of four participants per coach.
- Minimum age is 12 years for group bookings
- Minimum age is 5 years for private bookings

Head down Coral Sea Rd (1.9 mi) just pass Tripoli Rd. you will see a cattle guard gate on the left side,
(Gate open on weekends). Please park outside and walk through the left side of gate straight up to the beach a you will see our Surf HNL tents.

Fun surf lessons on Eisenhower Beach - My 16 yr old daughter took a private lesson. This was the 3rd time she's surfed. She said the instructor was good, and the area where they surf is pretty shallow, so she wasn't afraid to fall off the board. The people working there are all friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Awesome and Private surf lesson! - We had an amazing time learning to surf! The lesson was brief but really helped us learn how to get out there and be successful. It’s an arm workout, but the instructors are really good at helping you out. An hour was the perfect amount of time for us. The beach was very local and private, we were able to leave our bags at their tent and had a carefree time!! Thanks so much!!

Aweso - Just a top-notch, excellent group. My family had a fantastic experience. They were great with my younger kids, age 9 and 11 and my teenagers had a ball as well. My wife loved it, cannot say enough great things about this group. They also took amazing pictures and emailed them to us. Outstanding surfing experience. Just awesome!!!

First Time Surfing - Amazing Experience - Great experience. They give a brief instruction on the beach and then each member of your party gets an instruction who goes out with them. Got me up on my first try and just above every wave I attempted, was very surprised. Everyone was super friendly and you could tell just love what they do. Highly recommend if you want to try surfing for the first time.

Never to late to learn - I had a great time learning to surf. The team was very friendly. They gave plenty of information and displayed proper techniques. Being the old guy in the group was a bit intimidating ( 50 year old) but my instructor was very patient with me. I was very pleased with my first time surfing.
