Turtle snorkeling guides are in the water and offer basic snorkeling instructions for beginners. Flotation devices are available, and there are underwater scooter-powered rescue floats for those who are less confident swimmers.

At Snorkel with Turtles Hawaii, we are among the few tour operators that take you away from the bustling Waikiki snorkelers, ensuring you share the water with no more than one other snorkel boat for miles around. Our shop is conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from Hawaii Kai Marina, situated on the southeast corner of Oahu, operating in the picturesque Maunalua Bay.

While nearly every other snorkel charter takes you to the same spot outside of Waikiki, we visit locations where only one or two other operators are present. The majority (95% of Oahu’s snorkel charters) head to the same area with 10-20 other boats and potentially over 100 snorkelers, where boats and snorkelers are the only guaranteed sights. We aim for you to enjoy the wildlife and natural beauty of our oceans, so we avoid the crowds!
