Great tour company - Great tour company. They communicated with us from day one, so we knew where to go to get picked up and what to expect. It felt like friends were taking care of us and not some tour company. We saw and learned so much with a really nice group of people. Biggest shout out goes to Shelley, who embodies the lovely aloha spirit. Mahalo.

Great experience! - I had a phenomenal experience with Ian on the Real Hawaiian Circle Tour. The knowledge he has of his hometown is vast and interesting. My mom had a wonderful time, as did I. This was a definite "MUST DO" make sure it's with Ian!

Fun Tour@ - All of it! Loved the driver. He was well informative and funny at the same time. Got everyone involved in conversations. There was a big difference between the start and end of the tour. We didn't want the tour to end!

Amazing experience - Before I say anything about the places we went, I just have to say that IAN was the best tour guide. So friendly and told us so much about the island and the culture, and just such a funny guy. Really a gem. The tour was also very nice, got to hit up a bunch of "must see" sights all in a day, and got to get a sense of what the whole island looks like. Only gripe was that the pickup time was about 40 minutes before the scheduled departure, but in the end it worked out well given the heavy traffic in the early morning, and we got back to Waikiki with time to spare. Highly recommend.

Awesome Guide, Incredible Views - Ian was a FANTASTIC tour guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and funny. We got to see many breathtaking landscapes throughout. Ian kept the pace moving like a pro; during the short stretches of the drive without scenery, he did a stellar job filling those points in with interesting stories and history of the land around us. Thanks to this trip, I was able to learn a lot about Oahu in a short amount of time. 10/10 would recommend.

Nothing at all memorable;... - Nothing at all memorable; after [Viator] advise me of where the pick up was, what time and how long to get there, we missed the bus because their information was an accurate. I filed a complaint. They continue to tell me that they notified me of the correct pick up place time and estimated travel, but they were wrong on all three counts. They have a recorded phone call which they refused to share with me to document their incorrect information. Please share this review with your customers.
