You’ll watch a brief film explaining that pivotal day and why it mattered. This is followed by a boat journey to the USS Arizona Memorial, the final resting spot for the ship’s 1,177 crewmen. The USS Missouri has served with honor through World War II, the Korean War, and the Gulf War, boasting a 51-year career after its launch from Brooklyn’s Naval Shipyard in 1944.
