Highlights

Marina Parking Garage - Private Surf Lessons are 1 on 1 instruction for ages 4 years of age or older.
(Ages 4yo-11yo may choose to tandem surf with the instructor)
- We will meet at the end of the parking lot and you can choose the best size water shirt and water shoes.
- We will begin by doing a demo near the entrance of the water to help you feel comfortable with safety, paddling, pop ups on the board, and covering any questions you may have.
- This will be followed by an hour of practicing your surfing skills. Our instructors will be helping tow you if you are struggling paddling by yourself. They will also be pushing you on waves and helping you get comfortable with catching the waves.
- Once we paddle back to shore we will get all photos/videos uploaded the same day and send an email by that evening for your lifetime memories!
You are guaranteed to catch a wave even if you ride on your stomach, however most people will catch multiple waves standing during their first beginner lesson.

Nothing is more significant to us than your safety. We hold a DLNR Surf Instructor Permit and are Life Guard Certified along with CPR/First Aid Certification.
- If you choose to do a Dog Surf Lesson this is for Pets, not service animals unless your service animal is capable and likes to be in the ocean.

Meet at the end of the parking lot. There will be a small triangular beach on the ocean. This is a free parking lot. If you are unable to find parking here there is a paid parking lot to the right just before this lot. Call with any concerns. (We will do our best to answer the phone between lessons)

Great instructor and fabulous experience! - Our instructor Jake was remarkable! His surf lessons were fun for the kids (8&6) and importantly he ensured kids were safe at all times. It is impressive he taught kids basic surf skills in a mere one hour of one on-one instruction! Highly recommend! Wish we had time for at least one more lesson! 🤙 🤙

Great experience! - Jake was great! Great tips and instruction which allowed me to pick up the form quickly. Had a great time and caught some gnarly waves. 10/10 would recommend. Can’t wait to see the photos/videos.

Great Surfing Instructor/Experience! - Jake is such a fabulous instructor! Me and two buddies showed up hungover and slightly unmotivated which quickly turned into the most fun time ever! We caught a ton of waves and gained so much from his mellow and genuinely kind demeanor! I can't recommend it enough! DO IT!

10/10 Amazing!! - 10/10! Me and my spouse, who are both first-timers, had an absolute great time! Our instructor was amazing! He took time to teach us individually and within the hour we both had multiple great rides! Photos and video package is an absolute must! We will book again.

First Time But Definitely Not The Last! - Jake was an amazing instructor! My daughter was up and surfing in her first wave! He was right alongside her the entire time and I felt she was safe and in good hands! She can’t wait to go back again tomorrow and take another lesson! Thanks Jake for your professionalism, expertise and making it such an amazing experience!
