Accommodations provided - We originally had a date set for 15 July, which was a Wednesday a lot of activities were canceled including our shark dive due to the weather and the tropical storm that was aligned with the hurricane Calvin. We were able to contact the activity Director and request the following day on account of the weather not only were they able to reschedule our day to the next day to be more accommodating for us they were able to arrange a pick up free of charge take us to the location let us pick out which slingshot we wanted and let us drive away that day kept it for 24 hours overnight. We paid a $30 storage fee for the hotel garage that we were staying in and was able to return it the next day and be provided with a ride back to our location. It was so cool and amazing. We have never been in a slingshot before and even thought about purchasing one for our selves. We have thought about renting them in Las Vegas and the Myrtle Beach area and something always came up so I’m really glad that this had worked out for us, and it really has us thinking about going through with that purchase of a personal slingshot for us, not only did it make our vacation even better I think they are such a limited commodity in Honolulu Hawaii, that we were probably on everybody’s Facebook as people were taking pictures and videos of us passing by. We felt like celebrities for the day. Thank you so much for the activity, Director and personal thanks to Shane who was able to provide us with our pimped ride for the day!

RENT THIS VEHICLE - Amazing vehicle, great host and easy to pickup!!! The car was super fun to drive automatic, we go light rain a bit, but no problem

Few hiccups but great ride - We had this planned to do while in Hawaii on our anniversary. Booking was easy. Our reservations was for 11am but they didn't drop them off to un until almost 12:30 which caused delay/ miss of some of the attractions we had planned for the day. This was not communicated with me until I called after waiting in the front of the hotel for 30 mins. Then when it was time for pick up we contacted the operator that they were ready for pickup and that's when we were made aware that we had to keep them overnight. When I noted it was only a couple hr. rental, The gentleman who was assisting was helpful at the beginning but then became very unprofessional and was basically told we were stuck with the slingshot overnight. When asked to speak with a manager, was told he was not available. Until I threatened to leave a bad review. Then received a call form the owner after hearing my compliant he was very accommodating and apologetic and offered to take care of us, if we ever returned. I believe the only bad experience was the Bad communication, other than that, we had a great time and possibly will rent from them again only because the owner takes pride in his business and customer service. Have to be careful for who you hire to represent your brand, not always a good look!

Terrible experience - Operator cancelled day of. There is no physical location available to go to and they do not have functioning telephones. Cheaper on turo and u get more time. Do not recommend
