Excellent experience with fun guide - I wanted to see all of these sites so while here in Honolulu with limited time, and no rental car, so I chose the Pearl Harbor Complete Experience Passport. It was the right choice. Our tour guide Arlaine was so funny and engaging too! She brought a fun, energetic vibe to the day which I appreciated very much. I would like to do other tours with her, she’s great! Although the Passport Experience it is not exactly a full guided tour. It is more like a combination of a tour and drop-off service. That is because we were taught some historical facts as we drove to the sites, dropped off, and given clear instructions for pickup times and locations, then left on our own to explore. That was totally acceptable to me since booking this tour removed the hassle of getting tickets and transportation the locations. So it was very convenient for me. I would have liked more time at the locations, but I can always return on my own while here. And, I have a lot of prior knowledge of the history of December 7, 1941 and World War 2, so I could be efficient within the short times we had at each site and focus on parts and events that I did not know or wanted to learn more about.

Cllft was great! Don’t skip Missouri. - One day is not enough to experience all. Clift (our guide/driver) was phenomenal- funny, helpful and organized. Best parts were the actual Arizona Memorial and the Missouri. We tried nachos at Jake’s (Bowfin area) and the Cloud Nine Sunday at the aviation hangar. Both pricey- but in line with Waikiki experience- but both very tasty. A great way to spend the day. Sure, you can do Pearl Harbor cheaper, but you’ll miss the awesome insights and humor from Clift.

A must see - A very informative tour. If you visit Hawaii, this tour is a must. We did it with a very small group of only 7 people and the tour operator was great, and she was very knowledgeable and friend. The monument ok, but it was an overcast day, so pictures don't come out great on a cell phone camera, the visit to the sub, battleship, and air force base provide ample pictures.

My experience Pearl Harbor - Although the reason for Pearl Harbor are a sad part of our history, The experience are well worth paying honors to our brave military & civilians. The only area which has needs for major improvements are the 35 minute tour guides at the USS Missouri, their knowledge may be well above board, but if nobody can understand what’s being said then it really diminishes thus part of the experience.

WW II Beginning & End - This was an amazing experience. Robert was our tour guide and he was outstanding! I wish we had more time at Big MO, but we knew that this was a full tour with a lot to see. We were exhausted when done, but very satisfied.

Convenient to have... - Convenient to have transportation and tickets purchased in advance. No guided historical tour guide. Basically, here are your tickets - go walk around. Expected more for the cost.

Read the fine print and save your money! - Pearl Harbor is amazing but the “tour” is just a very overpriced drop off service. Unfortunately, this type of a “tour” is the only way to guarantee tickets for entry to USS Arizona unless you can get them the day before or months before when they first go online. Otherwise, you can get them via standby line the day of, but I guess it’s not a “guarantee “. The “tour” just drops you off with printed tickets. They aren’t allowed to “guide” you thru the day so it is basically all self-guided except for a few minutes of background information during the bus ride to the harbor. Also, there was not enough time to see everything based on their return timing so we ended up paying more to take an Uber to return. SAVE YOUR MONEY and buy Tickets from Recreation.gov and just plan accordingly.

Left behind - Did not deliver what was promised. I purchased this all inclusive tour for my veteran partner. That's all he looked forward to in Honolulu. I paid almost $500 The representative knew that they were picking us up at the cruise peer. They gave us a pickup time at 7:05. The docked at 6 but didn't get cleared until 7:10. I was in contact with the office three times to let them know that we cleared and that we were on our way. When we got to the meeting spot, they had left without us. They said that the Arizona tickets were time sensitive. I understand that point. My point is that if they had waited 5 minutes we would have made the tour. We did not pass by any of the landmarks that were promised. We could have gotten to Pearl harbor on our own and paid $99 for the complete tour. Understand that I will discourage anyone that ask me for a favorable review
