An Oahu Must Stop - Our tour and the whole experience was amazing. Our tour guide Emily took great care of us while educating and also making us laugh. The spirits are wonderful and the various options to taste including the honey and chocolate left my palate quite pleased. They also have a great gift shop filled with local goodies!

Great tour and tasting - We really enjoyed the tasting. Each rum tasted so different and now we know why. It was interesting seeing and tasting the raw sugar cane.

Amazing time. - This was so amazing. Everyone there was nice. And I learned so much about the history of the Polynesian sugar cane that they have. The tour was very informative. And it made for a perfect day. The tasting part was amazing as well I got the cocktail for my friend got the classic. The cocktail is more of a fruitier rum, while the classic cocktail is more of your straight up rum. The tour guide was amazing and answered all of our questions. There was alsoa place to eat afterwards the brisket was fantastic. If you are a rum enthusiasts like me you will love this.

Fun and interesting tour - We visited the distillery for a tour and tasting and would recommend it for a fun and different experience in Oahu. The tour lasted about an hour. You start in the tasting room and get a demonstration of how sugar cane is juiced and get to try a fresh sample. Next, you step outside to see the variety of sugar cane plants and next to the barrel room to see how the rum is stored/aged. Then you see and get an explanation on how everything is processed into the final product. There were about 16 people in our group, which was fine until you got into the tasting room - it got a bit loud and hard to hear what the guide was saying. Regardless, the best part was obviously the tasting. I had the classic flight, and my husband did the upgrade to try their higher end products. They also had an option to try their pre-made cocktails as well if you don’t want the straight rum. Definitely worth a stop!

The tasting may be worth... - The tasting may be worth your time, however the tour was lacking any substance. Tour included 34 plants in half cut barrels, a view of one row of barrels, and a view of the distilling room that was non operating from outside through the unclean windows. Save your money and just do the tasting.
