A Must!! - Such a fun experience! The boat ride there was not too long and we got to see some amazing views. The boat staff was extremely friendly and very personable. After you snorkel, you have plenty of time to play, paddle board, sit in a tube, enjoy the beautiful scenery. I got to see large turtles during the snorkeling and it was such a memorable experience. Definitely will be booking again when we visit in the future.

Amazing tour!! - The Snorkeling tour at Kanehoe sandbar from Captain Bruce was truly amazing. We had time to have fun at the sandbar itself, with spectacular scenery with Kanehoe mountain in the background, before going for the snorkel tour to see exotic fishes and giant sea turtles! The crew was very friendly, providing guidance and helping when needed. A wonderful experience !!!

Fun Excursion - Yuko, Sydney, and Z were great. We saw turtles en route to the sandbar. Sydney assisted my husband during the snorkling portion of the excursion because he is not a strong swimmer and wasn't comfortable in the deep waters. The water "toys" were abundant and it was relaxing hanging on the sandbar. My only complaint is that it could be longer! The weather was perfect and beautiful.

AMAZING! - What an amazing experience! A BIG THANK YOU to Captain Krystal, Jaime and Miranda for making this such a memorable experience. Your patience and kindness were blessings for us first time snorkelers with no swimming experience. Great atmosphere, ample time to enjoy water activities. Our snorkeling experience was amazing! We were able to see multiple sea turtles upclose and plenty of other sea life. A special thanks to Miranda for ensuring that my mom did not miss out on the experience, your care was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this tour. Ken are driver made sure we all arrived safely and on time. Wonderful staff and clean environment...and plenty of snacks!

Great experience, super fun, saw plenty of wildlife - Great experience, lived up to the reviews. I went with my wife and two teens. My wife and I have been snorkeling several, but first time for teens. My wife gets motion sickness so figured the sandbar option would be good, also the boat ride is only 15m. Our boat had maybe 20-25 people with plenty of space. Crew was awesome, really looked after everyone. Snorkeling equipment they provide was in great shape. The reef is healthy and we saw lots of different fish (many Dories, no Nemos) as well as several large turtles! No need for water shoes or fins as the swimming around the reef is pretty short. I thought the 45m-1h for snorkeling might be too short but it was plenty; the other half is water play on the sandbar with paddle boards, floaties, etc. Very fun. They also provide a ton of snacks (including spam musubi!) and non-alcoholic drinks. There's a small private toilet on board as well. Cons: nothing stands out. It is more of a beginner snorkeling trip, you have to wear a life jacket so can't really "dive" under to deeper parts, though the reef is shallow anyway. There are baby portugese man-of-war around, we saw a few and my wife actually got stung (like a bee sting), apparently this is fairly common in Oahu beaches. Would definitely recommend, especially for first time snorkelers or people who can't swim.

Sandbar! - The sandbar is unique and quite interesting. The area is beautiful and the outing was quite fun. We were able to try a bit of standup paddle boarding on the sandbar. The snorkeling was quite good also! We saw at least a couple of turtles and plenty of colorful fish. The ride from and to our hotel area was nice viewing also. For water enthusiasts, this is another splendid excursion in Oahu!

pretty beginner kind of snorkeling tour, but worth it anyway! - crew was great, cpt bruce was a great chat. the boat ride was very cool, the captain kept an eye out for turtles and would slow down so we could watch them everytime. we got to sup for the first time and i think it was the perfect place. shallow water over the sandbar, beautiful background scenario!! the downside was the snorkeling. since it was around a coral area, we couldn’t snorkel freely, and it was very packed for us using fins. besides, visibility was very low but i think there are better days with better conditions. all the time everyone in the crew was great! we loved them.
