The perfect private trip! - This trip has been the highlight of our time in Oahu. The drive to the property was great and easy. It was very private with no one else on the river and the family were all so kind and welcoming. I have already recommended this trip to friends and family that will be in Oahu in the future and will be making this a regular thing every time we visit!

Memorable, beautiful paddle - What a top notch and memory experience. Leena makes you feel right at home—literally. You pick your kayak up from her house and parking lot. The family operation is filled with wonderful hospitality and great stories. The river portion of the kayaking is very protected and calm, mostly narrow and shallow. Incredible rainforest/jungle-like scenery. It’s not a long paddle, but we spent an hour or so on the river paddling leisurely. The ocean portion wasn’t practical when we went as it was really windy, but it was still a nice view. Highly recommend the experience and supporting a local family business.

Private and local! - This is a relaxing and independent experience far from the crowded tourist attractions. It is a family run business that supports the upkeep of the very river you kayak on and you can feel good about supporting it!

Best time in Hawaii - Highly Recommend!! It was the best time in Hawaii. Everything was perfect including the host and the coconut juice after the activity.

Kayaking on river on Oahu - Wonderful experience. The silence, the clear river, the rainforest. The best experience in Hawaii so far. And the sweetest hostess, you immediately feel welcome and pampered. The coconut at the end was excellent and a surprise. Thank you!

awesome on Oahu - totally awesome one of our great experiences on the island. we rented kayaks as we have kayaks it was similar to one of the places we kayak close to home only tropical. talked to a couple of the locals who were out on the river crabbing from their kayak. went down to the bay and played in the small surf, it was fun

HAVE TO GO! - This was my first time kayaking on island & the experience couldn’t have been better! The family was soooo sweet & their dog was so cute. We got FRESH SWEET coconut water after the trip. Will definitely be back & I recommend ❤️

Peaceful - The setting was nice for a kayak trip. Quiet and secluded. The river itself, I thought was only about 1 hour's worth. When going back and meeting the ocean, we got out and looked at the fish pond (lots of crabs). We did not go out onto the ocean for a paddle though - and this would have used up the other portion of the 3 hour rental if we had been interested. The river was very narrow at parts and hard to manage the double kayak. I'd suggest individuals. Owner was very nice.
