- The most convenient free parking is across the street at Ward Gateway Center, in front of Ohana Hale Marketplace. Type 333 Ward Avenue, Honolulu, into your GPS.
- You should wear comfortable clothing.
- Please give us as much notice as possible if you know you are going to be late for your appointment. In most cases we will need to shorten your appointment accordingly to accommodate clients scheduled after you.
- Hawaii Natural Therapy is located at 350 Ward Avenue, Honolulu, between downtown Honolulu and the Ala Moana shopping center. We are on the second floor.
- Please arrive five to ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Traffic has gotten increasingly bad in Honolulu, so please allow extra time to navigate to us.
- Open daily from 9 AM to 7 PM
- You should not book a massage if you have a fever, cold/flu, or contagious skin infection. There are also other conditions in which your therapist may need to adapt his/her techniques (i.e. arthritis or osteoporosis, pregnancy) or avoid an area completely (i.e. cuts or burns).

Heaven on earth - I booked for a few hours after I arrived with jet lag in mind and I do not regret. The staff were welcoming and pleasant. The massage was like heaven, I felt so exhilarating. Highly recommend

Paul found tension in... - Paul found tension in places I did NOT know existed. I missed the name of my husband’s masseuse but he said same thing! We felt like we were floating the rest of the day! We have had Massages before but they did not meet the standards like this. Amazing Amazing Amazing!!!

So relaxing! - I came here the other week for a massage and let me tell you - it was great! I got a 90 minute massage and almost cried because that was the first time I felt relief during this stressful time in my life. I can't wait to make my next appointment because it was so relaxing and that's exactly what I need. Also, the best part was that it was the day before Valentine's Day and they gave everyone a rose on their way out. I loved that and it made me feel special! Thank you again and see you soon!

Not a Great Experience, all other bookings worked out the way they described. - Well not sure what to say here except that when booking this, Viator did not mention where you need to contact the place directly to book, all the booking said was 9-7, when we arrived at the place, they were closed and when we did finally get in touch with someone at the place, they did not have any time available. So will see how customer service handles this situation on a refund.
