Excellent customer service - Due to weather we were not able to complete our tour but the staff remained in continuous contact with us. The trip was canceled and rescheduled twice and once we had to completely cancel due to our travel plans the refund process was extremely was easy. When I return to Hawaii they are first on my list.

Cool having the door off - Great way to view Waikiki, Pearl Harbor, and Diamond Head crater. Having the door off added to the fun and made it clearer to view everything and added to the adventure. Highly recommend

Got more than we paid for - We booked the 20 minute city by the sea tour. Due to some unfavorable weather conditions it was expanded to 35 minutes and we got to see some inland island sites we would not have seen originally. We were supposed to have the doors off experience. About a week before, I received an e-mail stating that the helicopter we were to have would be down for routine maintenance. Because of that, we were offered a doors on experience with a free video of our trip. I had already paid $72.00 for a video, so they said they would give the freeby to my friend. I accepted. Good thing it was doors on as my friend is extremely afraid of heights and did not fare very well. Anyway, the trip was amazing from take off to landing. Our pilot, Sarah, was absolutely great. Very personable and knowledgeable about everything she showed us. And, she handled the helicopter like the pro that she is. We had some bumpy crosswinds and she maneuvered that copter like a boss!!! After going along Waikiki beach (where she hovered for a moment so we could get some great photos), we went around the back side of Diamond Head and saw some beautiful, lush greenery that we were not supposed to see on the original flight plan. I highly recommend Rainbow Helicopters to everyone. All of the staff were just great. If you book, try to get Sarah as your pilot. You won't be disappointed.
