Highlights
  • Pearl Harbor National Memorial - Since no escort tours are allowed at the Pearl Harbor National Memorial, we encourage visitors to take the Official National Park Service’s USS Arizona Multimedia tours. These incredible high-quality multimedia tours are customized to meet the visitor’s needs based on their available time and priced accordingly to provide savings for those with limited tour time at the memorial park. The tours are provided on smartphones with earbuds and use maps to guide visitors through the tour so they can easily follow along.

• Let Jamie Lee Curtis, whose father, Tony Curtis, was a WWII veteran, guide you through the Visitor Center’s two world-class museums, with narration aboard the Memorial and throughout the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. Hear and view firsthand testimonials and stories from actual USS Arizona and Pearl Harbor Survivors as they retell their stories and retrace the events of Dec 7, 1941.

This combo includes a new VR tour in the VR Theater.

Great time! - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This place is incredibly informative! My kids had an absolute blast and couldn't stop talking about it afterward. It's definitely a must-go for families looking for both fun and educational experiences.

Pearl Harbor January 14, 2024 - It was surreal to be in the same area as the surrender papers were signed and to see the remains of the USS Arizona. So much history there. Even my 11 yr old daughter enjoyed it.

Pearl Harbor - Pearl Harbor was an amazing experience. The price was less than anything else I could find. Afterwards I still think you made a mistake by giving it at such a low price. Even with paying for our own transportation it was still less expensive than any of the tours offered by the hotel or other online.

Plan ahead for best experience - Entrance to the Pearl Harbor Historic Sites is free, but to visit the USS Arizona Memorial takes a reservation. Which can be made months in advance. If you wait till you arrive, tickets may be gone. The self guided audio tour utilizes a cell phone type device and earbuds. Jamie Lee Curtis narrates the tour. There are markers bearing tour numbers throughout the site and you enter the number to hear that segment of information. It’s a very user friendly operation. The virtual reality is a fun way to get a better perspective of the attack as it happened. There are two small museums on site. While interesting, it seems they would have more displays and artifacts than they did. They are still worth taking the time to go through however. We found taking the tour and doing the VR took us a few hours prior to our scheduled time for the boat ride out to the memorial. Although the web sight will warn you to get there early, we found that private tour groups from Honolulu made this an early stop and made things far more crowded. By noon they were gone and the remaining crowd much less, making the experience more enjoyable.

Sobering and worthwhile. - Visiting memorials is always a sobering experience. The Arizona was even more so because of the pains taken my the on-site military and staff to remind us that there were 900+ marines and sailors still entombed at the site. I was skeptical of the short visit to the monument itself, but it turned out to be about right. It’s likely that if you want more time, you could just take a subsequent ferry. Took an audio tour of the visitor center and monument, which was pretty good. I was glad to see mention of some of America’s missteps as well, such as the the internment camps. Overall a great experience.

Book via government site - Don’t book via trip advisor- book through the government website for recreation because it is the only way to reserve a time for the boat out to the USS Arizona Memorial. We booked through trip advisor and had to wait an hour and a half on standby with our three teenagers to get out there. Otherwise Pearl Harbour was well worth the visit- educational and moving.

Don’t bother with the deluxe combo - The VR portion of this combo is a waste of time and money. Employee didn’t bother explaining how to adjust headset. Picture was blurry so switched headset and the next one was only slightly better. Very short program. Stick to the audio tour.

Terrible Service by TripAdvisor - Your people should be present at the site to help facilitate the program. We paid you for a non service! No one was there to help us and as a result, we were not allowed to board the vessel that takes people to the Arizona! A very sad waste of time and money! Others that use your service, need to know our terrible experience!
