Beyond a birds eye view of NYC - My whole family loved it! I can't wait to do another trip. I was in awe of the sights and really appreciated the audio highlighting the history of the buildings and sights around us. My 13 year old son said it was a great way to see the city and he wants to bring his friends next time.

My trip to new york - In my trip to NEWYORK I visited the Statue of Liberty if you come to visit New York. Approach to its feet for a very beautiful view of the river and Manhattan on Ellis Island the statue of liberty is more impressive than the eiffel tower Then I spent the afternoon in Central Park I went up on the 1908 Carousel, sipping a milkshake while admiring the view of the lake, the zoo ... the Zoo is more interesting than the lakes. I am passing on 5th Avenue much more charming than the Champ-Elysées of Paris, symbolizes in itself the most beautiful shops of the Big Apple: this is where the biggest luxury brands are. the Empire State Building on 5th Avenue has become the second tallest building in the world. I just found a good restaurant to eat the Burger & Lobster or I could eat lobster is cheaper than with us with fries then for dinner I went to eat at The River Café the most romantic restaurant in New York where I could taste a Duo of classic pressed terrine foie gras from La Belle Farms, perfect with Hudson Valley Farm, cider, nuts and hot brioche Better than lobster If I go back to New York I would like to visit a financial district of New York, Wall Street symbolizes above all the economic lung of the city Top of the Rock! Erected at the Rockefeller Center, the skyscraper at more than 250 meters meet on its famous terrace. Then take a tour of Coney Island, the more than 100-year-old Luna Park amusement park and the most important first hot dog hut.

Great tour guide - While on a girls trip we got to enjoy the amazing tour guide Allan France. His way of interacting with us as well as his knowledge of NY was one the highlights of our trip. Amazing job Allan!!

Informative tour of Downtown Manhatten - Grayline's Downtown tour is an excellent, inexpensive way to get a good sense of what there is to see and what I wanted to go back to during the ensuing days while in NY

Okay experience - The bus did a good tour, although I think switching buses in Battery Park isn't a good idea. I'd like to sit in one bus the whole tour. But the tour itself was okay, the voice of the guide was a bit.. Individual :D

okay enough - good: - tour is not that expensive. - covered pretty much good part of Manhattan not so good: - no tour guide, we had to use earphones to listen to the instructions. - we could not do one complete round trip, we were made to switch bus at Times Square - it did not cover High Line area, which other bus companies would generally cover. - too much of soliciting by the bus volunteers, almost to the point of fight.

Glad we didn't pay extra !! - We had the NY Sightseeing pass, which allowed us to use the buses for no extra cost. We only used it once, to save us from walking so far to our next spot. I can see where all of the bad reviews come from. Our driver seemed as if he didn't know what to say about the surroundings. When we reached our destination, he said that he would make the corner and stop and we could get off. He made the corner and stopped but when we walked down the stairs we could hear him yelling because he wasn't at the right spot. I yelled back because I'm not a mind reader and he wasn't going to talk to me or my family that way, and then he had the nerve to ask for a tip. I guess the hiring pool for drivers in NY is not what it should be. Glad we didn't pay for this service !!! I don't recommend it to anyone.

The worst bus in the world - I was with my family in our 7 visit to New York! We bought the ticket just to downtown. When we took the bus from Empire State Building, the bus drive was so stupid with us! We were talking with everybody does and he went to us and start to be rude and talking laugh with us. I asking him what was his problem and he put us to out from the bus! This was our amazing day in New York

WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND OUR TIME - I have used this company in other cities I have visited but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company for seeing New York. We spent more time waiting for a bus that wasn't full, watching 4 buses pass by our stop at Union Square without even acknowledging us. When sitting down stairs because the top deck is full, I appreciate views will be restricted but this is made even worse due to the advertising film on the outside of the bus that also covers the window. On the 3 buses we did manage to get on, the guides simply babbled their way through what seemed to be their own personal view points of the city. Due to the time spent waiting for buses that weren't full, we were not able to spend the day as planned and will now not have the chance to explore some areas of the city on our list. The company is not able to cope with the needs of its customers. If you are going to do a bus tour of NYC, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
